Hot water was finicky (maybe related to the renovation going on). Conditioner in shower replaced by shampoo *sigh*. But hot breakfast items were nicely varied and well prepared. Location was good, not too close to Bourbon Street, but with food and drink nearby, yet close enough to get to the heart of the French Quarter.

Great hotel and great service!
We had a great stay here. We got to the hotel pretty early coming off our cruise ship. Not only were they able to check us in so we could drop of our luggage but they offered us breakfast. We were expecting to have to store our luggage behind their desk so this was a happy surprise. This hotel feels very safe, has great breakfast options, and is conveniently located so we could walk pretty much everywhere. We would for sure stay here again!

This hotel is under construction. It is old and not updated. We overpaid for this hotel. Location is a hike to French Quarter. We are disappointed. Breakfast was also under construction. 😕

There were ants on the floor and around the sink. I was told daily parking fee was $23 however was charged $80 for two days. The bed was comfortable and AC was cold so that was good.

Tye, Keanti, Lucian, Beatrice (Front Office) & Charmaine (Breakfast) & Mario (Maintenance) made are stay amazing. They are all professional, friendly and courteous staff! The pool was a delight plus after a long day sight seeing; which was organized by the front office staff! Chick-fil-A Breakfast was amazing and even though the property is under construction; it’s quiet and well organized. It’s clean and the beds are comfortable.

Been here twice in a year and a half. Clean and quiet always friendly staff. You can walk one end of the french quarters to the other. Offer to help book tours if wanted and give you options for things to do. Short walk to bourbon street is always a plus. Will definitely stay again everytime i come to new orleans!
