An easy stroll from the world-famous French Quarter, this 3 bedroom retreat offers rest and relaxation in one of New Orleans oldest neighborhoods. Treme, known as the birthplace of jazz, has a charm all its own. From weekend festivals in Armstrong Park across the street, to second lines maybe swaggering right in front of your place, you're bound to fall in love. Enjoy the amenities of this newly built home while taking in its old New Orleans charm.

One bedroom, bathroom, living room and kitchenette downstairs.

***NOTE: There is no stove or oven, but the kitchenette does offer microwave, electric skillet, toaster, coffee maker, dishwasher and refrigerator/freezer.

Two bedrooms and one bath upstairs. Each room has its own mini-split AC/heater, fan and black out blinds for sleeping comfort.

Charming and perfectly appointed!
I stayed with two friends this past weekend and we all loved it. They have made excellent use of the space and it is tastefully decorated and perfectly maintained. It was quiet at night and beds were extremely comfortable. Our host was communicative and the check in and out process was seemless. Highly recommend.

We loved our stay in Nola and this property was perfect location to all this beautiful city had to offer. We walked each day (just 15 mins) to the heart of the French Quarter. The owners checked in each day and were nice enough to let us store our bags when we arrived early the first day. Would totally recommend this property!

Perfect for Group and great location
Our group of six was a mix of adults and teens. The bungalow was perfect , beds were comfortable, rooms were bright and airy which made it feel larger than it was. The location was great with some local awesome coffee/breakfast spots a block or so away. Great for exploring all of New Orleans

Nola Birthday Celebration
We had six adults on our 3 night trip to New Orleans. First of all, the location of this charming home was everything! We were able to walk to so many places, Boubon street, Frenchman, the trolley stop on Canal and the river walk area. The cottage was well appointed with everything we needed. It was very clean and located in an area that felt safe. We often sat outside on the porch, even late at night. In addition, our hosts were so helpful when we were planning our trip and during our stay. I would stay here on my next visit without hesitation. Thank you for a successful birthday vacation with family.

Wonderful House in an Awesome Neighborhood
We loved our stay in this super cute shotgun-style house in the wonderful Treme neighborhood. The house was perfect for our two teens--they each got their own room & my husband & I slept downstairs. It's a relatively short walk to the French Quarter, but far enough away so that you don't feel like you're in the party hubbub. We really enjoyed our stay and I would definitely stay there again!

Perfect Mardi Gras landing pad
We had a wonderful experience with our rental. The check-in process was smooth, and we were even allowed to check in early without any issues. The unit itself was absolutely charming and had a perfect layout for our group of three adults and three kids. Additionally, the location was incredibly convenient for all of our planned activities. We highly recommend this rental and would definitely choose to stay here again if given the chance.

Great Stay In Treme’
The property sits on a tree-lined street in a desirable residential neighborhood, and can easily accommodate up to six people. Very spacious. Close to all of the major attractions and rich history NOLA has to offer, i.e., French Quarter, Bourbon Street. You won’t be disappointed in the least if you book your next stay here. Stephen, the host is very accommodating.

Great place in Treme
My friends, family & I had never stayed in the Treme before and we really enjoyed it. It's a very walkable neighborhood and you can walk to the French Quarter. The house decor is really cute. We enjoyed our coffee on the front porch. Would definitely recommend this darling home and will likely return.

Perfect home to rent!
We had such a lovely experience staying here!! Truly a perfect vacation rental with all the special touches like good coffee, plenty of towels, and comfortable beds. We sincerely appreciated the hospitality and communication Stephen and Brandon provided — they are wonderful hosts. The house was walkable to everywhere in the French Quarter. We usually walked during the day and ubered home at night. The home was meticulously decorated and every room was adorable! Thanks for a wonderful stay in NOLA!

Great Location, Great Hosts
This location was ideal. Short walk to bourbon and the French quarter. The home itself was very pretty and had all the necessities. Also, the beds and couch were comfortable. There were some issues like some of the cups being dirty and the remote missing only to be found under the pull-out couch our last night. However, the hosts were absolutely amazing – from letting some of our party check in early to helping us find a safe parking spot to checking on us throughout. Overall, a very great experience and would love to stay here again!
