Weekend Getaway
Once we got inside, we could see it was a nice hotel and room, the outside and street was sort of sketchy, so we weren't sure at first, but the staff was very friendly. Our room was just as it looks on the website, nice. The clerk even stayed on the phone with me until we located the parking and the door to enter the hotel, like I said it was not too appealing on that street. However, once we got out to walk around, we were so close to shops and restaurants including Cafe de Monde, my favorite!

Honestly, this property was perfect! Super quiet. Clean. Friendly staff. Everything you need is close by. Pool clean with barely anybody using it, which was great!!! This was a staycation for my husband and I and we loved every minute!!! Would stay again!

We truly enjoyed our stay in our deluxe king suite. our only complaint is that we didn’t know our room didn’t come with tub due little picture on the website more picture be really helpful in choosing a room that fits what we were looking for. my only other complaint is the parking as well. we were told they had valet and they do but it’s limited This should have been disclosed as well when booking I don’t expect unlimited spots but heads up or communication of that would have been helpful. I do see us staying here in the future but mo

We loved our stay at the Chateau Hotel. The hotel was super clean and the staff was really sweet. We would definitely stay there again. Side note: We saw a bunch of ghost tours stop in front of our hotel and didn't know why. So we asked the hotel staff and they said that our Hotel used to be a Mortuary which we thought was a wonderful little detail for our stay in New Orleans!

Loved the pool !
We loved the pool! Guest service was great. So helpful with directions and tips . Only down side was the hallway where our room was very noisy as it was near the maintenance closet and cleaning crew went in and out all morning. We loved our stay over all .

They cancelled our stay due to a power outage however they accommodated us and placed us at their sister property (Hotel Royal) only a block away, staff was friendly and helpful.
