My husband, daughter and I stayed at this property on January 21 and 22 due to the snow. This was not our 1st choice but we needed somewhere to stay because there were no flights out of New Orleans Upon waking up on the 2nd morning all 3 of us had complaints about random itching but we didnt think anything of it because we were ready to get home. Once we got home my husband continued to have itching and actually pulled a bug off himself. He went to urgent care to see what was causing the itching and was told he had been in contact with bed bugs. We immediately reached out to the hotel and we were told that the manager Vanessa was not available, I then sent her an email. Here we are February 4th and she have yet to respond to it. We called multiple times and left messages because she was too busy to come to the phone. We finally spoke to her today, February 4th and it was a pointless conversation, she was rude and very dismissive. We definitely would not recommend this place to anyone.

Could use updating, as is tired atmosphere. Airport shuttle was excellent. Incorrect information on time needed to make it to cruise port (very, very overstated by 1 hour) given from front desk after asking for late checkout.

Started off rough had a conversation with management and it was clearly a misunderstanding on communication. Apologizes are accepted. Other than that I really haven’t had any other issues with staying here. Thanks again to the management

The employee Madison was very rude calling me during work after I stopped at 5:30am to make things clear. Also the lights went out and I don’t know it seems they need more customer service training the front desk. I will follow up with the manager

A Short Stay

My stay was ok. I was only in town for a short stay. If you are a heavy sleeper, then being close to the airport isn't so bad. The Landing Restaurant was AMAZING!!! Food was really good for breakfast and the staff was awesome.

What a wonderful property, Vanessa the MGR went out of her way to help us, and we cannot Thank her enough, from the minute Michael picked us up at the airport our journey began, he helped us with tips of the town for dining, sightseeing, etc. We would highly recommend any of our friends and family to stay here, they won't let you down!

The staff at this hotel is top tier. From front desk and management, to bar and food services, to housekeeping and maintenance, all TOP TIER. I am from MI and was stuck here 3 days due to snow in New Orleans. We left the French Quarter to be closer to the airport and WOW what a great choice. They were warm, welcoming, and kind even when short staffed and overwhelmed. Very quiet and clean for a “airport” hotel. Housekeeping staff is thorough. They have bar with great food. Extremely close to the airport. They also have a lot of tv channels.
