Hyvin lähellä Ranskan Quarter, Jazz Fest, Frenchmen St, Esplanade Ave ja kaunis City Park. Tämä on New Orleansin parhaiden nähtävyyksien sydän, ja se on ankkuroitu historiallisessa Creolen naapurustossa, jolla on aito tunnelma eteläisen lämmön keskellä värikäs näyttely New Orleansin arkkitehtuurilta. Seitsemäs seurakunta on historiallinen kreoli New Orleansin naapurustossa. Useat New Orleansin kulttuurin rikkaat perinteet syntyivät seitsemännessä seurakunnassa. Lovely!
This home is wonderful- beautiful decor, comfortable beds (even the Murphy bed), and a beautiful courtyard that we enjoyed every morning and evening. Easy, quick uber rides anywhere you want to go. I would recommend using Instacart and having your groceries delivered. We would highly recommend this rental in the Treme neighborhood!

This was truly an amazing place to stay. Our first time visiting New Orleans and can't wait to return. Only hope we are fortunate enough to rent this same property again. Our hosts were amazing, the accommodations were perfect in every respect and so close to all we wanted to see and do we could walk or take a short Uber ride. 100% would recommend!

Happiness Haven is a Gem
Comfortable and clean, this property was the perfect spot for our reunion, we had 5 adults here but could have easily fit 1 or two more. 3 full bedrooms 2 bathrooms and plenty of space to stretch out. The patio was a boon and well used while we were there. Loved having the convenience of a washer dryer on site and the ability to make coffee, tea or a full meal. Check the hosts recommendations for local spots. Easy access to French Quarter via foot, bike, bus...only about a mile away. Will definitely come back!!! Many, many stars!!!

Amazing patio
I would stay there again just because of patio and it had tvs in both bedrooms and the kitchen was wonderful.pEOPLE LEFT A FEW THINGS that they couldnt take on planes,we did too.The neighborhood was centrally located but a little rough around the edge of it. But we had no trouble at all.

7 of us to NOLA!
We found the home exactly as advertised. The owners were most helpful and very responsive. Always replying to my questions within the hour - usually within 30 minutes. The home was very comfortable and it was lovely to have some of the basics supplied in the kitchen - spices etc. The washer and dryer were lovely to have and laundry soap was even provided. The outdoor sitting area was a great place for our morning coffee and end of day wind down. So comfortable and fit all 7 of us easily. Location was not close enough to walk to the French Quarter but was only a $10 UBER or a short walk (5 minutes) to the bus - this is what we were searching for. Close but not noisy. We went for walks in the neighborhood and felt safe. Parking was right outside the gated courtyard. While not off the street we did not worry about our rental Van at all, we felt very secure leaving it there. If I was ever to return to NOLA I would not hesitate to stay here again and highly recommend the place.

Great place!
My husband and I stayed here with our friends. (1 other couple). It was a great place. There are 2 bathrooms and the way the bedroom/bathrooms are set up, privacy was no issue. We were initially planning on 3 couples going, which would have made the bathroom situation a little trickier. The courtyard is wonderful, but we didn’t use it because of the cold front that had moved in. We always got an Uber to take us downtown. Ubers are plentiful here and cost on average $10 to get to the French Quarter or Canal Street and is a 5-7 minute ride. Very safe little place to stay and has everything you need to enjoy your stay in NOLA. We didn’t cook while we were there, but enjoyed coffee every morning, which was provided. There was also bathroom amenities such as bottled soap and shampoo, which was appreciated. Very clean! Would definitely recommend!!!!

This house was even better in person than pictures. Aminata and Ben were amazing people. We hired Ben to perform for my husband's 50th birthday and he was not only an amazing performer he is a beautiful soul. The outdoor patio area was awesome to stay cool and relax in. It is very safe and parking was never an issue. Next time we go back we plan to rent the upstairs and downstairs units with a bigger group. And intend to hire Ben again for another incredible patio concert.

NOLA Vacation
This property is exactly as described. It is very close to French Quarters and a short distance from the airport. The beds were comfortable and everything you need in the kitchen and bathrooms. The owner Mr. Hunter came to perform for us one evening and had great knowledge of the history of NOLA. His wife Aminata did such a wonderful job with the place. It was so inviting and relaxing. Happy Gem just outside the French Quarter
This place was a GEM! Perfect location outside the craziness but near enough to enjoy when we wanted. The house was awesome, warmly decorated, plenty of space and the courtyard was the bomb. Our hosts were super accommodating on check in and check out and it was great that past guests left things in the fridge they couldn’t take back like condiments and alcohol so we appreciated it and returned the favor. I’ll definitely be back!

The name “Happiness Haven” says it all!
Stayed with 4 friends for a girls trip. Everything was amazing. Super clean, easy access, great communication, stocked cabinets, comfy beds, and the courtyard was perfect for relaxing in the morning or evening. We loved it all! Location was great…close enough to the French Quarter to ride the bus or take a short Uber (we did both). Highly recommend!! 😊

Enjoyed our stay
We had 6 people and there was plenty of room for everyone in the house. The Courtyard was our favorite part where we could all sit and enjoy. The homeowners were very accommodating and had everything you may need in the house as well. They left an awesome book with some great recommendations of places to eat or go. We already had places in mind and it was fun to see we had some of the same spots, but definitely used some of their suggestions. The house is in a quiet neighborhood where we walked to get coffee in the morning and it was never more then a 10 min Uber ride to get anywhere around town.
