Beautiful Boutique New Orleans Loft Apartment, historically renovated in the heart of the Central Business District and New Orleans. This location is on Magazine Street just one block from Canal Street which separates the French Quarter and the Central Business District. Landmarks nearby are the Convention Center, Bourbon Street, Frenchmen Street, Saint Charles Avenue, Harrahs Casino. The owners are local, check us out, we would love to have you! This location has 2 queen beds.

Perfect location
Very easy walk to bourbon street, French quarter, Jackson square, shopping, restaurants. We parked our car and never moved it until we left to come home. But just off the French quarter enough that we slept well, no noise. AC was COLD which is great in south Louisiana in May. Very clean, comfortable beds. Excellent communication and easy check in. We visit NOLA at least once a year, would stay again.

It all starts with Genesis
The room was clean, in a great location for walking to the French quarter, near anything you need, safe and the owner Genesis, was great to deal with. She made everything nice and easy and was very quick with all communications. Highly recommend!!

Great location
Genesis is a great host. She was provided detailed information prior to our arrival and checked in multiple times during our stay. The property is clean an well maintained. Close enough to all the night life but far enough away from the crowds. I’d definitely visit again!

Our trip to New Orleans was part of a road trip . We were not disappointed, had great fun especially the Aligators at the Bajou 🐊 The apartment couldn’t be more central and comfortable, everything you need with a very attentive host in Genesis

With a few minor things changed, the place would have gotten a higher rating. Needs new rugs, paint and shower head. AC works great but has a moldy, grassy smell. Like the place but would not stay again unless updated a bit.

It was similar to a hotel stay except it was like a studio apt it was very clean and nice for the time I stayed there would highly recommend would’ve even come back to book here but it was already booked!

Better than expected
My friends stayed here for Mardi Gras and We really enjoyed our stay here. It was actually more spacious than we assumed from the pictures. It was clean, very convenient location, and easily accessible. I will be returning in the near future!

great location, average accomodation
This property is in a great location to enjoy New Orleans, Bourbon St or Convention Center. We actually stayed at this property 2 nights precruise and 1 night postcruise. Initially, there was no bedding for the pullout sleeper. After several back and forths with property manager, he finally agreed there were no linens in the room and brought us them. The 2 queen beds need better mattresses. Awful nights sleep. Very average lodging but because clean, safe and location is great would consider again only for 1 night stay.

Where do I start. The Main Entrance to entry the Vrbo smelled of urine/musty. Second I had to request the Wi-Fi username and password. This information should have been provided prior to check in. Finally, no water pressure! Shower, bathroom sink and kitchen sink water would just turn ! Also large water leak from the ceiling in the bathroom. Quite disappointed, all info was misleading. I’m a Travel Nurse, I stay at many long stay place, this ranks as one of the worst. Buyer beware.

Hidden Gem in NOLA
Cute, clean, comfortable, safe and perfect location for my family during our visit to Jazz Fest 2022. Had everything we needed a long weekend stay. Easy walk to Sheraton (to catch shuttle to Jazz Fest) and within quick stroll to all sorts of restaurants, cafes, and other NOLA tourist destinations. Bonus: Excellent communication w/ host's property management. Would def stay here again! Thank you for a wonderful trip!

A determined host will make it work for you
We had frustrating glitches at the outset with entry code and wifi password, and discovered that VRBO had sent outdated info. Our host was readily available to get it fixed and responsive to all our needs. This is a perfect location for taking on the Big Easy!

Ideal for French Quarter Visitors
I was traveling with my three young adult children (21, 20 & 16). It was a perfect spot for an overnight in NO. Easy walk to Bourbon St. It is one big room so not much privacy but fine for a short stay. Everything was clean, and just as promised. We found parking just a block away for $40 a night. This was one leg of a 10 day trip and I was very happy with the room! Thanks
