The staff was amazing and the hotel itself. It was a little aged, but that was also part of it's "french quarter" charm. The only thing I am dinging them on is that the floor in the room needed swept before we arrived and there was a big stain on the carpet in the room. Other than that, it was a great experience and would stay there again.

The room was immensely charming and HUGE! We thoroughly enjoyed the semi-private courtyard and ready access to the Quarter as well. The bedding was soft and clean, and the housekeeping staff was a delight. Zachery, at the front desk, was especially helpful, accommodating and cheerful. All the staff epitomized customer service and defined the welcome we felt in the Big Easy.

Decent place. Zachery at the the front desk was nice and friendly. The plumbing was messed up. Bath didn't drain and flushing toilet would make water rise in other places (sink and bathtub). While checking out I was charged $ 10 dollars amenties fees and $ 7 credit card transaction fee. They refunded me 10 dollars after I told them about plumbing issues but not the credit processing feel.

When you enter it feels cozzy we went on Christmas time was,so pretty and the Staff super nice and helpfull .!!The old stuture is atique and is that feeeling of New Orleans.The manager Kim I think was super sweet .We def. will come back and stay here !We miss some things to do and will come back.Thank You!

They charged me extra randomly without saying why even though i checked out early. They don't have quality ac or heating the curtains were stained with a mysterious brown/ red substance. The bathroom door got stuck and i couldn't get out without someone kicking it in for me.

It looks unlike any other hotel I've ever been to is absolutely wonderful and the staff was very helpful. The only problem was our first night given a dog across the way barking till after midnight kept my whole family awake.

It was a beautiful property with a lot of history. The staff was so friendly and accommodating. This was our first time staying here and I had reserved a basic room with two full sized beds. We had four adults staying so they upgraded our room for free to queen beds. The rooms are petite since it wss a jazz museum before becoming a hotel. It has two outside pools and courtyards. We will definitely stay here again!

Price was right.
