*Disappointing Stay at The Glarerie Hotel (Room 416)*

I stayed at The Glarerie Hotel from October 10th to 14th, and my experience was marred by a horrific room experience. Despite the hotel's pleasant appearance, room 416 was a nightmare.
*Room Issues:*
- Extremely humid and moist environment
- Moldy smell throughout the room
- Bathroom problems:
- Shower flooded repeatedly
- Toilet wouldn't flush properly
*Lack of Resolution:*
We informed the front desk daily, but the issues persisted. It wasn't until our last night, when we spoke with Brandon (front desk), that we received any meaningful assistance. He empathized with our situation and offered us access to a vacant room next door to shower and use the bathroom.
*Contrasting Experience:*
The adjacent room was a stark contrast to room 416, highlighting the hotel's potential for exceptional accommodations.
*Follow-up Failure:*
Brandon and Manager John M promised a credit due to the inconvenience, but we have yet to receive it. Despite contacting the hotel after our trip, there has been no response.
*Conclusion:*
The Glarerie Hotel's hospitality fell short. While Brandon's efforts were commendable, the overall experience was disappointing. What he did should have been done on night 1.Avoid room 416 at all costs.
*Recommendation:*
Ensure you do not get assigned room 416. If you experience issues, request assistance from Brandon, as he demonstrated a higher level of empath and willingness to help.
