The parking attendant left my car windows down and it poured rain into my car. I still have not heard from them to rectify the situation. They also parked in an area that got my car booted which caused much stress and delay. I am not very happy about the lack of follow up on the car issue

Great location near WWII Museum. 10 minutes walk. Very accommodating to French Quarters. 23 minutes walk. The breakfast wasn't good. Not enough food.

Great staff & spot, but uncomfortable stay!
The staff was wonderful, the funds were nice, and the location was perfect. Within walking distance to nice restaurants, the River Walk, etc. The only reasons I chose not to rate our stay as a 5 star was because the beds were very uncomfortable. We all felt like we were sleeping on concrete blocks. Extremely uncomfortable!! Our room was on the 2nd floor above the lobby. Every night we were kept up by loud sounds of something rolling in the downstairs hallway. It sounded like it was right outside our bedroom window. This went on for hours recent night. We later found out that every night they have a company come in to pickup towels and linen to launder for them.

We had a great experience here. Our hotel room was clean. It was quiet. Free breakfast was great they had lots of options eggs, sausage, patties, pancakes, tortillas, cereals, bagels! The staff was very friendly and welcoming from the moment we got there. Parking is valet only or you can park yourself on the street and pay at your own. The hotel is pet friendly which we also liked because we brought our service pet with us. The hotel is walking distance from many things. We would most definitely stay here again.
