• Please note: We are not responsible for any accidents, injuries, as well as stolen or damaged items that occur while on the premises, its facilities or parking lots.
• Traveler must be at least 21 years of age to make a reservation.
• State Identification Card or Driver License copy will be requested upon booking.
• Local resident restrictions apply. Guests residing within a 100-mile radius are required to contact the host before booking.
• House parties and illegal substances are strictly prohibited and grounds for immediate eviction. Violators will be charged $500 fine.
• Pets are not allowed. Violation of our pet policy may result in a $500 plus cleaning expenses. We encourage guests with service animals to contact us before their stay.

Overall nice, clean, enjoyable experience
It was a great place overall, but there were a lot of sugar ants and the remotes for the lighting and air system didn’t work. The glasses and silverware were dirty and they want you to take out your trash even though you play a cleaning fee. The neighbors were loud, but we are all traveling to have fun.

Very clean and modern
Property looks to have been updated recently. At first glance the neighborhood appears to be pretty rough, but there's a police station a few blocks north and the Garden District starts a few blocks south. Too far to walk to the French Quarter, but Ubers and Lyfts where cheap due to still being close.

Fantastic place, very clean, and spacious
We truly enjoyed our stay here, hospitality was prompt and the new remodeling looked amazing. Walking distance to most, uber needed depending on where you are going. I would stay again next time we visit!
