PLEASE NOTE: this is a quiet neighborhood with elderly neighbors noise ordinance is strictly enforced. This home is located in the heart of historic downtown New Port Richey. It is literally a two minute walk to restaurants bars, antique shops, and everything that a Main Street has to offer. It is also walking distance to a beautiful dog friendly Sims park. You could fish off of the city provided docks and seawall. Grill out underneath city provided pavilions and enjoy many festivals and concerts located in the park. when you are not exploring the city you can relax in the Hot Tub or sunbathe in the fully fenced in privacy backyard. this is our newest addition of our vacation rentals located in Newport Richey. We have six other rentals. Please look at our reviews. Vrbo # 1999233. 2714498, 2044623, 3150907, 2114559, 3217332. We are a Super Host with a FIVE star rating. We take pride in cleanliness and customer service second to none. We the owners live very close by and will attend to any issues you may have or with any suggestions with things to do, places to go or restaurants to eat at. This home is equipped with brand new appliances and everything you need to make a delicious home cooked meal to include air fryer. The air conditioner is ice cold and the Jacuzzi is hot. You could also enjoy the Jacuzzi in the summer by turning the temperature down and using it as a mini pool to cool off. The owner also owns a lot within walking distance on the water you can dock your boat for a small fee. This is a golf cart friendly community and the activities in this town are endless. There’s also a large communal pool with a large waterslide and recreation center with tennis and pickle ball and many other activities. It is a very small fee for day use. It is a city run recreation center very clean and it is approximately six dollars for the use for the day. Our home is definitely one of, if not the closest VRBO vacation rental to the activities downtown on the market. HOPE TO HOST YOU!!!! PLEASE LOOK AT OUR REVIEWS!!!!! Location!
This property was very clean, there was plenty of room and the fenced in yard was amazing! It’s very rare to stay at a house with a fully stocked kitchen but this one was a gem. It had all the cookware you need and sharp knives! We loved how close it was to down town and an amazing park. For a family with kids and a dog it was such a sweet treat. There are tons of places to eat. A lot that are pet friendly as well. Over all one of our favorite stays! Also the owner is so easy to work with and very easy to reach.

Restful home
We enjoyed having our own space and not be in a hotel. The property manager was on top of anything that we had questions on. The home sits in a great place between lots of restaurants and other attractions. We were able to enjoy the beaches, kayaking and just a great time in general. Very peaceful.

The perfect spot for our family
My sister in law and I brought our children (6yrs, 2yrs and 1yr) to Florida for a short getaway to escape the Buffalo snow. The owner was so helpful and accommodating, even bringing over a high chair from one of his other properties for the baby to use. The location could not be more ideal, steps from Sims park which features a playground, splash pad, walking track and lovely views. Also walking distance to Main Street where we enjoyed ice cream in the evenings (bars and restaurants on main as well). Short distance to green key beach (which is just ok, for a few hours in some shallow warm water) and not too far from beautiful Howard beach and Tarpon springs. The yard was wonderful for the kids to run and get some sun while we got ready for the day and the hot tub was great for moms to relax after everyone was in bed for the night! This property felt very clean and safe! I appreciated the latch locks and door alarms inside the doors for added security and safety with the hot tub outside. We had a perfect week and will definitely use these hosts in the future if we return to the area.

Extremely nice property in a pleasant relaxing area. Great communication.
This property is located in a nice relaxing area, it's very clean, safe for small children that are staying in the home. The manager has great communication and is very thoughtful and kind. I expressed my concerns to him about safety for my child with autism and he followed through in placing latch locks for safety. My mini vacation turned out to be very relaxing thanks to this property, its location & management. Looking forward to staying here again soon.

Clean Property with Great Hosts
This property was exactly as described. The host was extremely communicative and made the check-in process a breeze. We were the first guests to stay in this property and the host made sure to let us know that if anything was missing or needed to please reach out to him. The house was clean and we felt very comfortable there. I am very picky about where I stay when it comes to cleanliness but I was very happy with the accommodations. The bed was also extremely comfortable. There were ample linens and blankets. There was also plenty of closet space for us to hang our clothes. Overall, we had a great stay at this property and highly recommend the host. We will certainly consider staying at one of their properties for any future visits to this area.
