Worst possible host

This host was a complete nightmare at every step. First, the actual address for the apartment is different than the address listed on the website. Second, they had double booked the apartment without realizing, made me wait to give me a copy of the keys and had me walk into an apartment that was currently occupied by other guests endangering me and my family. Lastly they ended up canceling the reservation on same day, made me waste hours of my trip and I had to arrange for alternative accomodations on my own. To top it off, they were harassing me even after the whole thing had blown off and requesting I return the key at a time and place of their convenience. I credit Vrbo since they did cover the difference in cost, however it was overall a terrible experience and I cannot say it enough - DO NOT STAY WITH THIS HOST.
