Clean, comfortable, fairly spacious. My room had a nice view of Penn Station across the street. Great location if you’re going to Madison Square Garden (less than a block away). No handheld shower head in the bathroom, no foldable luggage rack, no armchair in the room. Nice that breakfast is included but the food quality was not great. Convenient worktable space in stylish lobby. Friendly, helpful staff.

Convenient location to MSG events. Parking is next door. So easy. Room was just what we needed. Complimentary breakfast was good. Staff was friendly. We were able to store our bags prior to check in. Very nice shower. Comfortable bed. No issues.

Very convenient location right across from the rail station, walkable to sites in all directions. There location itself is away from the midtown chaos tho, which was very nice. The deluxe King room was pretty small, but it’s affordable NYC. The bed wasn’t particularly comfortable and the pillows were squishy. However the shower was large and wonderful. Would definitely stay here again.

Came for a concert at Madison Square Garden. Excellent location for that. Hot breakfast in morning, close to station. Lots of amenities-all day tea and coffee in lobby. The rooftop bar has nice drinks, great views. Open till 1 am. Loved the hotel stay!

the front desk staff were very helpful in setting us up in a room with a connecting door to another room with our family. Also, the front desk staff person gave us a complimentary extension of 30 minutes for check out to accommodate our travel plans. The sign in our room said that check out was at noon (not 11). Those signs should be updated.

This property fit our NYC Vacation Perfectly. Within walking distance to major venues. Food on premises, or a short walk to alternatives. Free Buffet Breakfast and Coffee in the Lobby anytime I wanted a cup. The Staff were helpful, polite, and professional! We would stay here again!

Location of this property is a sure winner! Close to MSG, Theater District, Macy's etc. Access to transportation (train, bus or Uber) is perfect. Staff were courteous. Breakfast-healthy choices, hot fresh food!
