Staff was amazing was greeted immediately and upgraded to a king room, room was spotless and location was perfect. Right next to the Fulton subway stop and only 5 stops to 42nd street station. Rooftop bar on the 29th floor was very inviting. I will be coming back as I usually stay in the high traffic areas. This location was perfect.

Staff and crew were absolutely great during our stay. Lovely folks, very helpful. The room was clean, accessibility to transit and there's plenty of restaurants near by. The only thing that needs improvement is the elevators, especially during check out times - had to wait a bit to make it down from our room floor. Seemed only two out of three were working. Otherwise great hotel and marvelous staff.

The check -in and -out were fast. The room was clean. However, the heating unit was turning on and off every 10 minutes and was quite loud. Was waking me up all the time. I would not stay in the rooms which have this problem, likely on higher floors.

Staff was great. Stopover after a cruise. Ferry dropoff was about 4 blocks from hotel easy walk with 50lb rolling luggage. They hold our luggage until check in so we could explore the area
