Great staff, super busy fast paced area in the heart of Times Square. Valet quick and friendly so is the Bellhops. Small rooms on par with whats expected on NY.

Great stay
We stayed at the Hard Rock Hotel New York for 5 nights over Christmas and had a great experience. The hotel itself was fantastic, and the staff were attentive and friendly. One thing to note is that the location is extremely busy, so if you’re not comfortable with crowds, you might want to consider that before booking. That said, we thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

Absolutely loved this hotel! It’s in the perfect location—just three blocks from Times Square and within walking distance to everything. Couldn’t ask for a better spot!

The Hard Rock was a great place for our NYC trip. It was convenient to Time Sqaure and Rockefeller Plaza. The Subway was a quick walk. There were plenty of eating and shopping places nearby. Every staff member was very nice and helpful throughout our stay. Little touches in the room made our stay comfortable and easy. Would definitely stay here again!
