Took an hour to get the car valet I had to sit in my car until they took it to the garage. Then just to discover that there is passenger side damage / abrasions to the paint. Luckily enough I take pictures of everything and I got the car detailed the day I arrived in NYC and just to get the car back with damage on Christmas. I’m very agitated. I also paid 150$ for two days of valet and it’s damaged. I am beside myself. Park your own car.

This is a great place to stay for shopping. It was smaller than the Hilton Midtown where we normally stay. The lobby only had four chairs. Sometimes I like to sit in the lobby and chill but you couldn’t do that.

Whoever was working at front desk at shift on 24th and 25th was first of all wasn’t welcoming and he was playing loud music on his phone and every time we walked by no hello hi he was just on his phone didn’t even look up so rudeeee ! He need a proper training.! Thank you! Other then yes it was nice stay.
