Nice stay in Midtown
We enjoyed a 3-night stay at the Hilton Garden Inn - Midtown East. It was super convenient to lots of attractions and the subway. Being just a few blocks off the action made it quieter at night for better sleep! The staff was friendly and helpful. We enjoyed warm drinks in the lobby each morning -- especially given the cold weather. We would stay here again.

About half of the staff were terrible, the other half seemed to want to try and make up for it. Needed an extra blanket. That in itself was a chore, when I did finally get it, it was disgusting, hard in some areas and dirty. I know it’s not an expensive hotel, but this was just awful.

This hotel was perfect for our stay! It was super close to two subway stops that could take us where ever we needed/wanted to go. The bed were very comfy and I really enjoyed having fresh towels every other day.

Staff went out their way to be gracious hosts.
This is a reliable property in midtown Manhattan. But it's NYC, so it's small and pricey. Staff went out their way to bring me hot tea after a late arrival on a rainy night. Much appreciated.
