Great central spot
This was an excellent place to stay. I would share some other reviewers' comments about the internet being a little unreliable and the climate control being a bit inefficient. Otherwise, the location was excellent for subway access, times square and msg proximity, and various food options. The property was clean and well-maintained, and the staff was friendly and helpful. I'd 100% stay here again.

Great location in midtown. Subway is steps from property with MSG & Macy’s a block away. Great Korean BBQ & Greeley park! There’s only one small elevator that holds 8 skinny people. Breakfast available is toast, bagel, yogurt, oatmeal & basic fruit. Adorable room to eat & drink! We stayed in a “suite” that had 2 double beds & a couch. It was perfect for a family of 4 with college kids. It has a frig in the room. Bathroom was good size. The place itself needs a little TLC but a perfect place to sleep & shower & see the sights of NYC- The staff was amazing & very helpful & KIND!

Great location- dress for the weather
Hotel location is fantastic and the staff were friendly. We stayed Dec 21-24 and I felt like I couldn’t get warm. The hotel is extremely drafty and common areas are quite chilly. The windows are not energy efficient. After the first day, we noticed the energy efficiency rating posted in the window, giving the hotel a score of. 63. I can only assume 100 is the highest? In either case I would absolutely stay here again in an off season when heating and air conditioning are not critical. Otherwise, I’m going to go with a more updated facility that I’m sure I’ll pay more for.

Very welcoming, friendly & welcoming. They held our luggage before and after. They offered hot beverages until 6pm. Free breakfast had great bagels. They had a nice room for breakfast & lounge. Very nice staff. Big suite with huge bathroom. We will stay again
