I wouldnt go here. My boyfriend and i went right before christmas- one of the coldest weeks, and once we got there to check in, the front desk informed us that they have no heater or hot water. it was extremely inconvenient as we had to rush and find another hotel on the spot after driving 4-5 hours from virginia. wouldnt recommend it. there were many other comments about the same thing. i should have trusted the comments and my guts.

The hotel did not have A/C heat or heated water the entire extent of my stay. I was not notified of this beforehand and therefore was not able to cancel or get another hotel. I wasn’t able to shower, sleep properly, or enjoy my stay. I would like a refund from Expedia if possible.

The price was very affordable and conveniently located. Draw backs included no closet or area to hang clothes. Other quest slamming doors and conversations easily heard from the hall.

Horrible place to stay
Terrible, no heat or hot water for both days. No assistance with other accommodations and no refund or discount. Don’t ever stay here. Management is pathetic and won’t even return a call or email.

Excellent hotel for the price
There were 3 of us in the room. Everything was perfect for what we needed. The bed was good, bathroom was very nice with toiletries and just a bit off the main drag of Times Square. Everything was within walking distance. I would absolutely stay there again.

I don’t know where to start with this place. For starters they didn’t have heat and hot water and they didn’t have the courtesy to notify me before I get there knowing they were having this problem for days and I was traveling with children and a baby . It was hard to find it since they don’t even have a sign outside. It doesn’t look like the pictures online Do yourself a favor and don’t go there! I DO NOT Recommend ! NY has a tons of hotels find a better one .

The room was nice, a little cold. The hallway out of the room is right next to an open courtyard. It was really cold when I stayed in the city, so you walked out of your room into very cold conditions. There was no hot water the morning I checked out, other than that is was just an ok place to stay.

this property was horrible , do not stay here, they have no hot water and expect u to go to a different place to shower, they couldnt give a set date on when water or heater would be fixed and expect you to figure it out on ur own, from other reviews looks like its a constant issue with the water DONT STAY HERE

This property is clearly in the midst of transition. It is not clearly marked for identification from the street. Staff had limited knowledge of the property itself from no hot water for the first 24 hours and additional blankets for the room to cups for coffee (instant, in the lobby only). Communication with the hotel is dependent on my own mobile phone and response to requests are untimely.

Never again.I would never stay at this property or any other associated affiliations. upon arrival we were told that the hot water and heater broke or wasn’t working and had broke that day. Which was a total lie because they would tell every customer every day that we were there at the same old story and lie. We would have appreciated if they sent out an email when this incident occurred so that we could have found a different reservation and would have understood. Instead we were left stranded either to find a new hotel with no refund or stay at the Hudson yard. The front desk refused to give us a discount or refund since we booked with Expedia, but when contacting Expedia, who I talk to five different representatives wouldn’t have anything to help us without canceling our flights, etc., and told us to go through the front desk and ask for a refund the hotel didn’t offer anything except to use a nearby gym to use their amenities. when going to the nearby gym, the hotel hadn’t even paid for the gym. We had to have a walk over with us to pay every time we wanted to use it. It was such an inconvenience. The gym was not clean as well as the hotel honestly. this was a difficult situation since we were in New York during New Year’s Eve. There was no availability and if there was, it was so expensive so instead, we had a rough it out we hope for a little Grace and at least a discounted stay but no, this place is luckily they aren’t getting sued.
