Never again.I would never stay at this property or any other associated affiliations. upon arrival we were told that the hot water and heater broke or wasn’t working and had broke that day. Which was a total lie because they would tell every customer every day that we were there at the same old story and lie. We would have appreciated if they sent out an email when this incident occurred so that we could have found a different reservation and would have understood. Instead we were left stranded either to find a new hotel with no refund or stay at the Hudson yard. The front desk refused to give us a discount or refund since we booked with Expedia, but when contacting Expedia, who I talk to five different representatives wouldn’t have anything to help us without canceling our flights, etc., and told us to go through the front desk and ask for a refund the hotel didn’t offer anything except to use a nearby gym to use their amenities. when going to the nearby gym, the hotel hadn’t even paid for the gym. We had to have a walk over with us to pay every time we wanted to use it. It was such an inconvenience. The gym was not clean as well as the hotel honestly. this was a difficult situation since we were in New York during New Year’s Eve. There was no availability and if there was, it was so expensive so instead, we had a rough it out we hope for a little Grace and at least a discounted stay but no, this place is luckily they aren’t getting sued.
