The property was very convenient and was a 12 minute walk to Times Square. The amenities were OK. Breakfast was good, but the lineup was crazy overall good hotel.

Very convenient, friendly staff. Double check your bill Since they charged for waters we never consumed. They set alarm clock the day of checked out probably to make sure we were leaving on time. Not bad hotel but I stayed next door and it was better.

Everything great, staff really friendly, gave us early check in and every time I asked for something they’d help me. My only complaint would be the waiting for the elevators in the mornings because of so many guests. I would come back!!

Around check in and check out times the lobby was extremely packed. We couldn’t use the elevators pretty much our whole stay because the wait and lines. It was quiet . Our toilet didn’t work day 1 or hot water. We didn’t try breakfast because the lines.
