Perfect place and price for a modern, compact room to visit family for the holidays. Not much time spent in the room but it was clean and comfortable. Desk staff was very polite and helpful when needed and instructions for late self check in and using the mobile app for room keys was very clear and simple.

Stay was overall good- the rooms are clean and updated. Only negative which ruined our trip was the noisy area. There are cars honking etc at all hours and if your room faces the road, then it’s really hard/almost impossible to sleep. We didn’t know there was a noise machine in the room (we were not informed at check in) and were told during check out . Ask for a room in the back. Rooms are small but very clean.

Perfect little hotel in midtown, walking distance from all the tourist attractions but far enough to escape the city noise. the front desk was super nice and helpful. Will definitely be staying here again if I am ever in the city again. They had breakfast pastries each morning and the rooftop is soooo cool and nice. Best choice for a couple going to the city for the first time :)

The guy at the front desk was super nice. Breakfast was nice and cute, and the rooftop was adorable. Would definitely recommend if you wanna save money on a cheaper hotel. Very nice.

The guy who was working the desk on my arrival was very nice and helpful. My room was on the 2nd floor, facing 2nd Avenue. It was extremely loud, and the blinds didn’t come all the way down, so the room was never fully dark. The room does come with 2 pairs of soft ear plugs - so if you don’t mind having plugs in your ears all night, and have an eye shade, maybe this place would be good for you. I won’t return.

The room was small but perfectly formed. It had a very comfortable double bed, a small fridge and nice bathroom. There was also plenty of storage under the bed. The location is great - a short walk from Grand Central with links all over Manhattan. The staff were extremely friendly and while I didn't take advantage, they offered a free pastry breakfast and rooftop drinks. I would definitely recommend.
