Great central location. Rooms were very small but I think that’s a NYC thing. Cleaning staff was excellent and decor was cute. Everyone was extremely friendly and helpful. The downside was that the water pipes were very loud at night. Beds were very comfortable in our entire party slept well. I would recommend this place to anyone.

Lots off issues no facilities but coukd be so much better no rooms with a view and staff on evening checkin was poot no enthusiasm about hotel etc working in travel was disappointed. Rooms very small and smell of weed throughout not inviting

We loved the staff. They were friendly and willing to help us in every way. The hotel was very close to many things we wanted to see and access to a bus or subway was great. The rooms are older but had everything we needed. The beds were super soft and comfy.

We had a wonderful stay. The room was very clean, cozy and there was great quality mattress/pillows/towels etc. This hotel is near many famous landmarks and is very walkable but does not feel busy on the street. The area was safe, convenient, there was plenty of food and it was easy to get to LGA for our flight. The breakfast/coffee shop inside was great and when the restaurant opens I can imagine it will be excellent. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend to others. The staff was very kind and accommodating. The hotel was very quiet at night, with no street traffic/outside noise.

There was no option of restaurant inside the property and the looby area was not comfortable. Staff at the reception was not very friendly. The hotel situation’s is quite good. Easy to reach any area in the city
