Great Looking Studio apartment in NYC Brownstone

This unit is located in an original brownstone with a candlelight statue at the entrance. Enjoy an original Harlem brownstone experience at this centrally-located place. Located steps from all restaurants, shops, and transportation. This is a must experience on your bucket

Upon entering the building you'll see the original details of an 1900's brownstone with the hi ceilings, gold statue and pocket doors. The Studio is located directly to the rear at apartment #2. The number is affixed to the door.
Guest access
The entire apartment is private giving you sole access to the unit.
Other things to note:
The apartment has a heating/air-condition unit with the unit which works with wifi, or the remote control on the wall next to the Double size bed. Additional pillows are inside the closet on the shelf. Additional sheets and blankets are located at the bottom dresser draws if needed.

Please note we are a registered Class B dwelling, fully authorized to rent in NYC.list as it offerers the best experience of Harlem NYC at a reasonable rate.

Amazing week staying in Harlem
We had a wonderful November week in NYC thanks also to this characteristic little brownstone apartment, located near the strategic 125th subway stop, so it was possible to get back and forth several times in a day. Cozy and comfortable for 2 people, overlooking the inner courtyard, very quiet and with small kitchen where you can prepare your breakfast and some hot food. Be sure to visit the neighborhood, with some nice walks to the North and West!

I recently had the pleasure of staying at this exceptional VRBO property in the heart of Harlem, and it truly exceeded all expectations! I was born and raised in Harlem and the place felt like home, I would definitely stay here again on future trips.The charm of the original 1900s brownstone is breathtaking, with its high ceilings, intricate pocket doors, and a stunning gold statue that greets you upon entry, setting the tone for a unique and memorable experience. The location is unbeatable—just steps away from an array of fantastic restaurants, shops, and convenient transportation options, making it the perfect base to explore the vibrant Harlem neighborhood.The room itself was comfortable, and thoughtfully designed, blending historic elegance with modern amenities. The check-in process was simple and clear and there was ample on the street parking in the same block.Its proximity to The Edge, a delightful Jamaican/British black woman-owned restaurant just a five-minute walk away, was an added bonus.Whether you’re a history enthusiast, a foodie, or simply looking for a centrally-located gem, this property is a must-visit. I would highly recommend it to anyone looking for an authentic Harlem experience!

Great stay !
The studio is comfortable and well equipped, very conveniently located. Easy access to the subway and buses in a quiet and pleasant neighbourhood. Close to a variety of stores. Angela is a very reactive and efficient host. We certainly do recommend this property!

This was an amazing spot! So close to the bus stop that takes you to LGA! And so close to a lot of restaurants and shops! Very spacious and very well decorated. Next time I am in New York my husband and I would want to stay here again!

Weekend in NYC
Nice little studio in a great location. The bed was fairly comfortable; the starter kit of coffee pods, coffee are, and sugar was really nice. Check-in and check-out was a breeze. Angela is a great host. We really enjoyed our stay in NYC.

Great little brownstone!
This was a great little brownstone apartment. The apartment itself was a perfect size for 1 or 2 people. The bathroom was small, but what else can you expect in NYC! Very close to 2 subway stations which was very convenient. Area of Harlem was nice/relatively safe - travelling alone I didn’t feel uncomfortable! Only thing I would suggest would be to provide the lock box code prior to arrival. I wasn’t sure of any check out instructions but would have been happy to help out in that sense if the owner ever requested it. I would definitely go back and re-rent!

Would Come Again
The property itself is very nice and comfortable, I wouldn't have minded staying longer than 2 days. Though there was a hiccup with the checkin process, I would book another stay here.
