Neighborhood issue made literal brown water spew from the sink and shower out last night. Absolutely disgusting. But overall the stay was luxury leaning, as far as amenities but the walls are VERY thin and made sleeping in pretty hard. This is the kind of hotel you sleep and then get up and go. Not staycation vibes but luckily I was up and out most days. Would stay again, 6/10 chance. Stay was overall a 7.

Swanky “Twenty-Something Hotel”
From the moment I entered, the vibe shouted , “chic, fresh, exciting” from the entrance way to the escalators, from the roof top hang out to the after hours dance club, this is the place to be! Room was very retro modern and view from floor to ceiling was amazing! The concierge and staff was wonderful! Though my car ( that was across the street) had a smashed window) my staff was terrific in patching up my window before my 6 hr drive back to WV.. would definitely recommend

So overrated.
If you want to get a drink between 15h and 17h don't go there , bars are closed Don't try to get a bottle of water at night time it's impossible mission there. We had a room with extra space (sofa) and literally got worst possible position at the hotel there were doors clapping all night !! I can't upload a video here so this is a picture of the doors . but it was a disaster all long . Commune spaces are weird and people working there not helpful or kind.

Absolutely beautiful hotel, great area felt safe and clean. Very nice bars inside of hotel and on rooftop which is great! Room was really nice perfect size for two! I will be back!

thought I'd like this place more than I did. I stayed at this hotel on NYE, and so they had a lot going on. but I swear no staff knew the answers to my questions or could help me with any requests, I never felt I had access to any of the hotel's amenities. at bare minimum coffee was always out lol

Not a fan of not being able to call reception/desk directly from room. There needs to be a larger trash receptacle- having to throw coffee cups away in tiny bath bin was annoying. "Essentials" room only had water and ice no extra glasses or cups. At the room and resort fee price point I would expect more.
