Heat Not WORKING!
The heat was not working in our room so they put us in another room in the middle of the night and it was not working there as well in one of the coldest nights of the year. Never going back! Also very small rooms- don’t be fooled by the pictures.

While the space was compact, it was NOT uncomfortable. The design of the room is very intentional in using all space efficiently and conveniently. The bed was comfortable. The environment was quiet. The shower head was AMAZING - making it really hard to come back to our shower at home. It was lovely to have a water dispenser as well as coffee and tea available in the lobby at all times. The continental breakfast was not expected but turned out to be very convenient for us. There are MANY places to eat within one block. The proximity to Grand Central Station was very convenient. The staff was outstanding. We would definitely return to this property!

Nice but claustrophobic hotel
It was clean, very friendly staff, nice decor, and lighting. However, very small and claustrophobic. It says it’s a small room per European standards; this room is small no matter where you’re from. It did the job of being a quiet place to sleep and that was good enough for me. I had a superior room, but I don’t think it was any different to the regular room.
