Tv kept going in and out after the "engineer" came and supposely fixed it. The toilet would only flush after 8 attempts each time and oh yea let's not forget about the knocking noise for approx 3 hours starting at 10pm heating system worked every now and then.

This hotel was very convenient for me during my stay. I booked this property so I would have easy access to watch the ball drop on NYE. The key card did not work when I returned to my room, but the clerk issued me another one quickly.

I was highly disappointed with this hotel I froze all 4 nights I was there I asked for the heater to be be fixed multiple times the staff tried to assist however the issue was never resolved.

For a quick trip, this was a perfect location! Only a block or so off of Time Square, we were able to easily walk to everything we wanted to see. The bed was super comfy, the option to open the window was nice. (The room was a little warm for our liking, but being January in NY, I understand the AC not being an option I guess). We arrived 3 hrs before checkin and still were able to get into our room which was fabulous, the staff was wonderful. Even being right next to the elevator, we never heard any noise!

A wonderful hotel just 1 minute away from Times Square and a 5-minute walk to Whole Foods. The staff is very friendly, the room was clean, and it had everything we needed. It’s also convenient that you can store your bags both before check-in and after check-out. Highly recommend!

The bed situation was weird, the mattress is on a platform with one side up against the , and in order to get to that side of the bed against the wall, I had to climb over the mattress to get there. I'm 72 , I mean I'm glad I'm still fit to do that !! My husband slept. On the side that off the floor. I just think placing the bed that way in a room is strange . The bathroom is excellent, a lot of room, great shower that has a lot of room in it, I mean a lot of room . Turning on the lights in the room was different, in order to turn on the lights, we were given another room card to slip in a little wall devise . Never seen that before. The location is right by Times Square which was excellent
