The house sits on a hill and there are several steps from the street level. The apartment features fully functional piano that can be played most of a day time.

The ferry is free, 24/7, runs every 15-20 min during rush hours, every 30 min during slow hours. It connects Staten Island’s St George neighborhood with Charging Bull Statue on Broadway, Whitehall and Bowling Green subway stations in Manhattan. There is another ferry that goes by Hudson River to Times Square/39 Str West Terminal. It costs $4.90 per trip as of February 2025 and takes 35 min.

The apartment is all about privacy. It’s at about 100 sq meters (over 1,000 sq ft) and includes spacious and fully equipped kitchen and dining room. There is private deck immediately outside the apartment, which is perfect for barbecue and dinners in the garden area.
