The room was really small, and the hallways as well, i felt claustrophobic. The AC/ heating unit was terrible. One moment it would be extremely cold then hot. The hotel was clean and the staff were very nice ,but i wouldnt stay again.

well-located hotel, close to many subway lines and transit options like grand central and Moynihan (short subway ride). was surprised at the condition though, as the hotel itself seemed like it was quite old (dusty room, scuffed/mismatched furniture, broken tiles in the elevator). all staff was very friendly and accommodating, and the general area was quiet

I try to stay at the Renwick every time i visit NYC. Each stay is absolutely perfect. The hotel is so nice….clean, comfy beds, excellent decor. The staff is so friendly and accommodating. They remember me each time I stay there and this time upgraded me to one of their suites which was so special and made me feel like a Queen for the day! 10/10 recommend!

Small rooms but cute

Loved this boutique hotel, was very cute. My only complaint is that I booked a king bed and the room I was given had maybe a double bed in it. I wish I had been told that at the front desk.

The property was close to everything we wanted to do. We took the train and it was very close to the hotel. For those that drive parking is across the street from the hotel. The staff was friendly and we got offered a late checkout for 12:30. Would definitely recommend

The Renwick is an eclectic little boutique hotel two blocks from Grand Central station. It's ideal location made us choose this hotel for our short New York visit along with its positive reviews. We found that the hotel was perfect for our needs. We especially appreciated the very comfortable king size bed in our room. We were able to go north or south very easily because of its proximity to the station, and there were great cafes and delis Within feet of our room. We also visited the AKC Museum of the Dog across the street. All in all, a wonderful stay. We hope to stay here again.

Overall our room was clean and it felt safe. When checking in it was kind of weird because the front desk was saying different things, I didn’t even get a receipt when I checked out. Cleaning staff was very kind. I loved the bar they have downstairs, it’s a very nice vibe.
