Positives: Room was large. Room rate was low. Good location. Negatives: Arrived at 2 pm. While room was ready, front desk clerk said it would cost an additional $20 to check-in early - we declined. They did hold the luggage. (We observed them charge the next group checking in) Temperature in room was very difficult to control. The floor was painted concrete, so it was cold to begin with. We had very noisy neighbors. It appeared that there was little, if any sound treatment/barriers between rooms.

Property maintenance is literally worse. AC water is flooded on the floor and they doesn’t even maintain the restroom properly in a twin queen bedroom. They don’t sound like it is in New York or Manhattan for the amount they charged us .

I had a pretty good stay here. Nice room with a super comfy bed and a nice big smart tv which was amazing. Shower pressure could have been a bit stronger but always had hot water. Balcony was nice too. The heater was way too noisy to keep on but the room stayed reasonably warm anyway. Walls were quite thin but wasn’t overly disruptive. Quite happy with what I got for the price. Service was excellent from the front desk too 😊

This property was actually very close to all the NYC action! Times Square, the Twin Towers Memorial, and more. Great dining all around. Rooms were a really good size. My only complaint was the water was like warm, but I told the staff at check out and they said they would fix it.
