Great Service, Small Room

The good; the staff here were amazingly helpful and friendly. The room was quiet, and the beds were fine. The location worked for our plans. Downside was the size of the room, which was laid out like a bento box and not much bigger. The shared bedside table was the size of a dinner plate. Just really cramped and small - but clean. We were just there for a single night; any longer and we'd have moved.

Excellent small hotel in a great part of town.

A quick 24 hrs in NY and needed something conveniently placed and not too expensive. The room was small but with comfortable bed, coffee machine, TV, Wifi and aircon. The bathroom was well stocked with lots of towels, clean and with an excellent show. For a flying visit it was just perfect. The staff were very friendly and accommodating.

Great but VERY small

The hotel is really lovely and the people were so helpful and kind. However - I don't mind a small space but the room was ridiculously small. My husband and I are smaller people and could not imagine anyone larger being able to function in that size space. The attention to ecotourism was fantastic! VERY clean which is my top priority. And short walks to all we wanted to do so location was great.

A very stylish small hotel with wonderful amenities. However, our King room was tiny, with a very, very small bathroom. It reminded me of the miniscule room we had in Paris. Also, half the room was very cold and half was fine, so clearly an inadequate hvac system. The staff was professional and accommodating.

Everything was fine, great location, staff was friendly and efficient, room was clean. Only a three star rating because the room and bathroom were uncomfortably small - maybe the smallest hotel room I’ve ever stayed in and I’ve stayed in hundreds. Probably will not be back here again unless I discuss an advance what the size of my room will be.
