It was a painted over old Sheraton. It had some nice parts but was tired and old. The staff was very nice but clearly didnt enjoy working there, very overpriced.

I stayed at this hotel in December and had several issues during my stay. The air conditioner did not work properly throughout the night. Additionally, the bottom of the sink appeared dirty, which I assume was due to ongoing renovations. Housekeeping did not clean the room daily—our floor was not vacuumed, and the bed was not made. It also seemed that the hotel was sparing with towels, as only two towels were provided for a room with three guests. However, hotel bar and restaurant staff was amazing!

Good for transit
We stayed there only for one night before our flight the next day. For the price relative to the Manhattan hotels it’s a good deal. I like that the lobby is clean and modern, the shuttle to the airport is punctual and free. However when we arrived the phone and TV were not working, adding breakfast was $25 per person which seems ridiculous compared to the online offer of $9 per person. Besides cable tv, the tv is more WiFi or “smart tv” you cannot stream your Netflix or YouTube from your phone. The gym and pool are decent! That’s a real bonus.
