Viehättävä Waterfront yhden makuuhuoneen Guest Cottage

Tämä hiljattain remontoitu ranta yhden makuuhuoneen mökki sijaitsee rauhallisella yhteisön nimeltä Banks O'dee. Sijaitsee tunnin päässä DC ja lähellä viinitilat ja historiallinen Virginia.

Itse talo tarjoaa näkymät Cuckold Creek ja Perry Branch. Meillä on suuri laituri, joka on jaettu kotiimme vieressä, veneluiska ja uima läheltä.

Löydät runsaasti villieläimiä täällä. Ei ole epätavallista istua pihalla lähelle laituria, ja nähdä kalut kotkat, kalasääski, joutsenet ja upea sininen harmaahaikara. Usein näet peuroja seisoo pitkin Banks O 'Dee Road.

Great escape
We enjoyed the property, its view was awesome. The accommodations were divine. Everything worked and even though the temp outside hit 105 it was cool in the cottage. The screened-in porch was wonderful too. Crabs caught were eaten with joy.

Peaceful Getaway
We had a great trip during the week at the last minute (x2 nights)! The host let us check in a few hours early and was super friendly. The neighborhood was very calm and quiet and you can't beat being right on the water. We took advantage of the kayaks and life-vests. Perfect location for easy paddling and open-water kayaking as well. The description could have been a little more clear about the rental being right next to the owner's own house. The equipment is in their backyard shed. Not a problem at all, just caught us off guard. We loved sitting on the dock and watching the eagles and osprey. Would recommend!

Quiet, peaceful waterfront location
What a nice spot to unplug and relax! Waterfront property in a super quiet neighborhood. Hosts live next door; friendly and helpful, excellent communication. House was spotless, bed and furniture was comfortable, kitchen was all set up, spacious bathroom. There is a great screened porch that we spent most of our time on. Lots of wildlife to watch. Dog friendly with a big lot to enjoy. They have a nice grill and a fire pit. We also enjoyed a great dinner at Captain Billy's Crab House. Will be booking this house again!

The property is located in a small neighborhood right by the water. While there are houses fairly close it is quiet with beautiful views. The house is clean and has good appliances/wifi for a comfortable stay. It is a one bedroom with a big bathroom and living room. The screened in patio is good to avoid the mosquitos. One note is for those with mobility issues, the shower/bathtub has a high ledge with a thicker width to get in/out.

lovely Cottage by the water beautiful screened in area you can sit and watch the eagle across the way so relaxing will definitely be back. only comment I would have is run the dishwasher and washing machine while you are out because it’s quite noisy but everything else was perfect.
