Welcome to the simply stunning Merewether Beach House. Nestled just steps from the sparkling shoreline, This large, two-story family home is located on the footsteps of some of the best restaurants, beaches, cafes, shopping, bars and parks that this beautiful area has to offer.

Combining modern interior design flair with period warmth and character, this fully renovated property includes chef's kitchen, luxe bathrooms, full laundry, multiple living spaces and six full bedrooms.  

Including all the comforts that you would expect.. split system air-conditioning, gas fireplace, complimentary WIFI and off-street parking. For work or pleasure, it is sure to impress. 

This beautifully renovated property can accommodate up to 14 guests throughout six bedrooms.

Of course, if you are looking to accommodate more than 14 guests, the property also features an additional separate newly renovated two-bedroom guesthouse, located at the back of the property, with its own entrance. This guesthouse comes complete with its own kitchen, bathroom, air-conditioning and front deck and accommodates an additional five guests throughout two bedrooms, and features crisp fresh linen and towels, contemporary bathroom and a spacious kitchen. Please note: If you only book the main house, the guesthouse located to the rear of the main property may be separately booked by other guests. The garden space and pool are allocated to the front house and is available for use throughout your stay with us. These are excluded from use by guests booked separately in the guesthouse. Of course, if you book both the main house and the guesthouse, all guests are more than welcome to use both the backyard and the pool throughout your stay with us.

Entertaining is a breeze with two sets of French doors that seamlessly connect indoor and outdoor spaces. Cook up a big brekky after a lazy, late wake up in the simply stunning chef's kitchen, complete with Caesarstone island kitchen, 5-burner gas stove and dishwasher, throw together a charcuterie board, grab a bottle of bubbles and relax in the open plan living area and kitchen, or pop outside with easy access to the paved alfresco area, fully fenced back yard and solar heated pool - a little piece of paradise for you to relax and escape from the world. 

The property features split-system air-conditioning in the downstairs living area, as well as a simply stunning feature gas electric fireplace and ceiling fans, ensuring you are always the perfect temperature throughout your stay.

Parking:
Please note: Only street parking is available for your use throughout your stay with us.

Property Location & Exclusions: Please note this is a main house, located to the front of the property. It is separate from the guest house, to the rear. Included in your stay with us is the courtyard, backyard and pool area.

Backyard:
'Merewether Beach House' Includes a spacious backyard and courtyard together, with a fire pit, BBQ grill and outdoor dining setting. To maintain a pleasant outdoor space for all guests, we ask that the BBQ is cleaned thoroughly after use.

Pool:
This property includes not only the backyard area, as well as a sparkling pool and pool area. For safety, we kindly ask that you utilise the provided towels (or your own of course) prior to re-entering the house. This ensures a clean, and safe experience for everyone.

Separate Accommodation:
This property has two separate listings, one being the main house and the other being the guesthouse (sleeping 5 additional guests), located at the rear of the property. We understand the need for extra space, and offer the ability to book both properties simultaneously. Please contact us directly if you would like to do this, and we are more than happy to organise both properties for you. In the event this is not the case, we kindly ask that you are mindful of other guests.

Early Check-In & Late Check-Outs:
We understand how holidays, work trips and family or friend get togethers work and how travel can be tricky. We are happy to attempt to accommodate requests for early check ins and late check outs but, it is all about communication, so please advise in your booking request if you would like us to consider this. If we have not discussed early arrival or the possibility of you checking out late we will proceed with business as usual…which includes our cleaners arriving bright and early.

No Parties/Events:
We want you to enjoy your stay but we also respect our neighbours and wish to keep noise to a minimum. Our quiet hours are from 10pm to 7am.

Please note: All direct bookings for this property are non-refundable. Once payment has been made to Maison Property Management, and the booking is confirmed, the guest will be charged the total price of the reservation if they cancel at any time, or do not show up to the reservation.
