Service in the bar and restaurant was excellent. Parking is disappointing. Expensive and not suitable for larger cars. Valet parking is overpriced especially when staying multiple nights.

Beautiful hotel, not sure how it’s classed as a 3* on Expedia when it’s by far the nicest hotel in Newcastle. The rooms are a great size, clean and cosy and you can tell the hotel has thought of the “little things” that set it apart from a generic Hilton esque experience. Staff were super friendly and helpful. Will be back soon :)
