Please accept our sincerest apologies in regards to the issues you have faced due to being unable to provide a photo ID as we do not mean cause any inconvenience. As a super budget brand, we aim to keep things simple and our check in process smooth and to ensure this, we email all of our guests to remind them to bring a photo ID. This is visible across all of our booking channels, even before a booking is made. Looking at your booking, we can see that a thank you email was sent to yourself advising you that a photo ID will be required on check in and a final reminder email was also sent out advising the same thing. We are sorry for the troubles you have had today; however, we ensure you are well informed of our policy to ensure issues like this do not occur.
