A quaint private balcony is set up for al fresco dining with an outside table and seating for 4 and a barbecue - making this an ideal place for morning coffee, a casual lunch, or a sunset soaked dinner complete with mild ocean breezes. Enter this newly remodeled spacious upstairs unit and find yourself in a colorful beach chic great room with access to the outside balcony. The living area of the great room sports a large, comfortable seating cluster, gas fireplace, and a flat screen TV.
A modern kitchen has everything you need to create meals and snacks – add the food and have fun being together. An inside dining table for 8 is right next to the kitchen with an additional 4 bar stool seats for convenient cooking and dining experiences.
This home has a master King bedroom with a full en-suite walk in-bath and a large mirrored closet. The first guest bedroom is equipped with a Twin over Queen bunk bed and flat screen TV. The remaining two guest bedrooms offer a queen sized bed which include their own flat screen TV and closet. All guest bedrooms share a hallway bathroom with a walk-in shower. This home comfortably sleeps 8 in beds – another person can sleep on the queen pullout sofa bed. All bed and bathrooms are furnished with an ample supply of premiere linens for your ultimate comfort.
Additional amenities include a washer and dryer, cable and WIFI, and 1 garage parking space.

-Due to the moderate coastal climate, this house (like most in the area) does not have air conditioning.
-This home is located in a quiet neighborhood and is only suitable for quieter groups. Our rental agreement includes a no tolerance policy regarding excessive noise, occupancy and/or parties. Deposit forfeitures and/or evictions are strictly enforced. Please make sure you are comfortable with these policies before renting with Vacasa Seasonals, Inc.

If you are bringing a dog on your trip, the pet fee is already included in your quote when selecting ‘Yes’ to pets. If you would like to add more dogs, please contact us. The pet fee is per stay and ranges between $150 and $200, depending on the bedroom count, and will apply for each additional dog.
Parking notes: There is free parking available for 1 vehicle.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
