Balboa Escape sijaitsee keskellä niemimaata ja puoli korttelin joko rannalle tai lahdelle. Se on lyhyen kävelymatkan päässä Balboa Ferrylle, Catalina Flyerille ja monille erinomaisille ravintoloille. Lähimmät pyörävuokraamot ovat vain 2 korttelin päässä. Tämä huoneisto on juuri päivitetty uudella täysin varustettu keittiö, kaapit, graniitti työtasot, laitteet, ikkunat, AC ja lattia. Tarjolla on rantapyyhkeet. Se on kevyt ja ilmava, jossa on paljon ikkunoita. Tämä on 2. kerroksen huoneisto ja suurin tässä 4 kerrostalossa. Se on mukava queen size kapteeni sänky makuuhuoneessa varastointi alla ja lipasto ja vaatekaappi. Olohuoneessa on ulosvedettävä queen-vuodesohva ja olohuoneessa on myös säilytys- ja vaatekaappi. Uusi Smart TV, jossa on kaapeli ja ilmainen WiFi. On yksi autotalli parkkipaikalle alihankkijalle. Autotallissa on rantatuoleja ja boogie-levyt. Kolikon op pesula sijaitsee autotalli. On jaettu patio, jossa on pöytä ja tuolit sekä Weber-kaasugrilli. Tämä on täydellinen paikka rentouttavalle lomalle rannalla. Mitään eläimiä ei saa sallia allergioiden vuoksi. Yksi portaikko täytyy kiivetä Access tähän huoneistoon.

Perfect home base for stay on the Balboa Peninsula
This is my second stay at the property and first time in Apartment D. If you don’t like stairs and are looking for an ocean view, it won’t be the right spot for you. However, if you are like me and want a comfortable and clean home base to return to after daily outings, it is perfect. This one-bedroom apartment is nicely decorated and the sofa area is comfy and spacious, the bed is very comfortable, and the kitchen is well equipped with whatever you may need. There were lots of back up towels, including beach towels. The garage parking is very small so I recommend parking on the street. My stay was in October so there was no problem finding a space very near the apartment. The beach is right across the street and the apartment is perfectly located for walking to either the Newport Pier or to the Balboa Pier and Fun Zone. Approx. 3/4 mi-1 mi. There are lots of good places to eat, plenty of bakeries and bars. Overall a great stay and I will definitely look to stay here again next year.

Un bel endroit très bien situé
Nous avons passé un excellent séjour dans l appartement de janet. Il est parfaitement aménagé et idéalement situé à mi chemin entre balboa et newport beach. La plage est à 3 minutes à pieds et nous avons apprécié le matériel de plage à notre disposition. C est un endroit calme et très accueillant. L arrivée a été très facile grâce aux explications claires de janet. Nous recommandons vivement.

Wonderful stay!
This place is great. Can’t beat the location, just 2 short blocks to the beach boardwalk. There is so much natural light and really cute California decor. The place is really comfy, great bed and couches. And the kitchen was stocked with everything needed to do some good cooking. Definitely note that the garage is for a small car only…I had a crossover and couldn’t fit. Street parking is easy enough to come by during the week but was difficult on the weekend. That is the only draw back but is the case for most places in this area. Will stay again!

Great One Bedroom!
Very nice upstairs unit, super clean, well-stocked, great kitchen, and friendly & attentive hosts. The location is about a mile south of the Baloba pier and is steps away from both the ocean and the harbor. Second story unit had beautiful lighting and views of the harbor. Would stay here again!

Aamazing location and fantastic apartment
The location is awesome - walking distance to the beach and other Balboa spots, including restaurants and coffee shops. The apartment was fully equipped with anything one would need during a holiday visit. The stairs are a bit steep, but other than that, it's perfect.

Great Stay!
This place was nice and tidy. The steps up are a bit steep, but it wasn’t bad for us in our 30s. You definitely need to have a tiny car to be able to park in the garage, parking in the nearby neighborhood was way to find every night, for us. Communication with the host was timely as well :)

Great value for location!
Place is really cute, well maintained and property managers were very nice and responsive. The location is fantastic as its close to everything. The only things to really note is the garage is very small which isn't the end of the world because we just kept our rental bikes in there and parked car on street and the bathroom is really small. Would absolutely stay here again though.

Nice Newport Beach Rental on the Balboa Peninsula
My wife and I had a wonderful stay in this Newport rental unit. The place was clean and nicely updated. The location is so convenient and within easy walking distance from the Newport Pier on the ocean side and the Balboa Fun Zone on the bay side. The bathroom is on the smaller side but not a big deal and the garage is very small as stated, but we had no problem finding parking on the street. Thanks for sharing your home with us, Dennis and Janet.

Clean and well organized property management. The one issue we had was there are very bright lights on that shine into the bedroom window at night. A proper set of drapes should be installed to block this glaring light at night.

We really enjoyed our stay here. The unit is conveniently located to Newport Beach. Parking is fairly easy. The bed is comfortable and there are lots of linens and towels. The kitchen is well-equipped (appreciated the starter pack of coffee/creamer). We made good use of the beach chairs & towels. The only minor complaint would be regarding the sleeper sofa; it’s quite uncomfortable and rickety. I’d say the unit is better for 2 people. Overall a great little place!

Nice place
A very nice, clean place a block from the beach and about 3/4 mile from restaurants. The updated kitchen is pretty well stocked with dishes, pans, appliances, and utensils, and the A/C came in handy when it was hot. Best suited for a couple, the queen bed in the bedroom was fine, but the sleeper sofa wasn't great - it might work for small kids. As the owner's describe in their listing, the garage is really small. It would work great for bike storage, but unless you have something like a Fiat or a small Mini you're better off finding a spot on the street. We found spots within a block of the apartment later in the day. Located on Balboa Blvd., there is a fair amount of street noise, but traffic died down between 10p and 6a. The bedroom could use some curtains to block out flood lights from the adjacent apartment. We had a problem with a loose cold water faucet knob in the shower that spun and wouldn't open. We called the owner and left a message. Fortunately, I was able to fix it temporarily myself fairly quickly by borrowing a screwdriver from some contractors working in another unit.
