Tämä suloinen, noin 1200 sf, yhden tason karjatila tarjoaa 3 makuuhuonetta ja 2 täyttä kylpyä. kaikki on sisustettu rantateemalla ja se sijaitsee vain erittäin lyhyen kävelymatkan päässä rannalta. Romanttisessa makuuhuoneessa on king-size-katosvuode, ylellinen tyynypatja ja oma kylpyhuone. Toisessa makuuhuoneessa on queen-size-vuode ja kolmannessa makuuhuoneessa on täysi ja kahden hengen vuode. Taloon on kiinnitetty oma terassi istuma- tai ruokailutilan ulkopuolelle. Siellä on täydellinen keittiö kaikilla kodin mukavuuksilla. Olohuoneessa on DVD-kirjasto, lautapelejä ja palapelit sekä TV Roku- ja DVD-soittimella. Tämä talo odottaa vain perheen hauskaa, lähellä on monia kauniita rantoja. Elokuvateatteri, ravintolat, akvaario, golf ja ostosmahdollisuudet ovat vain muutaman minuutin päässä. Newportin lahti tarjoaa veneilyä, sivuttain eteneviä ja upeita näkymiä paikallisista ravintoloista ja kaupoista. Katso molemmat kerrostalot Newportissa. Vihje ... yksi on sanottu kummittelevan.

Olemme juuri korvanneet talon pääosissa kaikki lattia-, verhoilu- ja liukulasiovi. Molemmat kylpyhuoneet uusittiin vuosi sitten kauniilla laattoilla ja uusilla kalusteilla. Olohuoneessa on uusia huonekaluja ja makuuhuoneissa uusia patjoja mukavuutesi vuoksi, ja kaikissa sisustuksissa on meripeninkulman mukainen rantateema, joka antaa talolle upeaa ranta-tunteen.
Tämä loma-asunto sijaitsee vain lyhyen kävelymatkan päässä kohteesta Beverly Beach State Park. Loma-asunnossa tarjoaa asiakkaiden käyttöön esimerkiksi ilmaisen Wi-Fi-yhteyden ja keittiön.

Quiet and cozy
We just stayed for 2 nights for Thanksgiving. It was very clean, beds were comfortable and the nights were quiet. Complementary bar soaps would be great for next time. Would stay there again.

Good kitchen. Dated bathroom. Would not recommend for those needing an accessible shower. Toilet was very slow to refill. Master bed is very tall and no chair was provided for putting on shoes and socks. The host is very helpful and friendly. Good access to the State park. Very quiet location. Add-on fees such as required insurance seem deceptive when booking online. Well-maintained property. Overall it met our needs.

Wonderful home to have a great vacation!
Our family loved the time spent in this vacation home, had everything we needed to make it home away from home and explore Newport area. House is well decorated with beach decor and we spent evenings in the backyard around the fire pit. Would recommend it highly!

The house is cute and very inviting. Decor is beautifully picked sea theme. Backyard was wonderful, my kids enjoyed it. Everything was easily accessible, it was quiet area. Its a great place to stay. Our host was very hospitable.

Great central location
We had a fantastic stay, and enjoyed how close it was to the Highway to travel up and down the coast. House was pleasant, but didn’t spend a lot of time there. We just needed a place to rest our heads in the evening. It met all of our needs and Shannon was very easy to work with. Would stay again and again!

All we expected and more!
We felt like we were staying right at home. With a good sized living room it was perfect for our family group to visit and share good times and conversations. The extra large dining room table suited us well for meals and game night, next to a modern kitchen, which was well stocked for our every need. And to top it off, the four-posted king canopy bed in the master bedroom was coupled with a super comfy mattress. The place was also decorated very nicely. Great first VRBO experience for sure!

Great House!
This wasn’t somewhere we stayed often but when we did it was very cozy and nice to come back to after a busy day at the beach or in town! The fact that it had a full functioning kitchen was nice the only downfall was the cleanliness of some of the appliances which were still usable but if someone is getting paid to clean they should be doing a better job otherwise this stay couldn’t have been more perfect for our weekend getaway!

Thanksgiving family time
We stayed at this lovely home, tucked up in the woods above Beverly Beach. The house was lovely. Nice decor and super comfy beds. It was a great fit for our 2 families (8 people total). Kitchen was well-stocked with dishes and cookware. Everything was very nice. The owner took the time to call me a few days before to make sure I understood how to get into the house. I would definitely rent this house again.

Short walk to Beverly Beach
Wonderful house! Good location! House was very clean. There were 7 of us and we all slept comfortably. The short walk to Beverly Beach was amazing. Lots of movies to watch and board games to play. I would definitely stay here again. Thank you Shannon!

It was nice to have own space. We went out in the morning and explored from Lincoln City to Newport. We were able to cook at home if we wanted and it had everything we needed to cook. We bought paper plates for easier clean up. Thank you again. This was a great way for us to enjoy the coast

Nice and clean, well stocked, easy check in and out. The one thing I think should be changed is beginning view of property shows the Newport bridge so at first we assumed it was located close to that.
