This home is professionally managed and is part of The Newport Lofts portfolio of properties. This Loft is located in the center of Newport and situated above Brooks Brothers at the Brick Market Place. This Loft has 3 bedrooms, each with a king size bed, flat screen TV and en-suite bathroom. Additionally, each Loft features a private balcony that is accessed through the master bedroom along with a spacious living area. The open concept floor plan unites the kitchenette and living areas. The living room also has a pull out sofa bed that sleeps 2 people.
The kitchenette features a refrigerator, sink, dishwasher, convection microwave/oven and coffee maker. The kitchenette comes fully stocked with cookware, flatware and drinkware. The dining area seats 6 and kitchenette island seats 4. This Loft also features a full size stackable washer/dryer along with beach chairs and beach towels to enjoy Newport's beautiful beaches.
Availability for 2 parking spots per Loft is provided, but not guaranteed, in the public parking lot located next to the building. Parking is subject to the lot’s availability. Specific parking instructions can be found in pre arrival communications and on our website. Please note that your vehicle(s) must be moved by 11:00 AM on the day of your scheduled departure.
***Cancellation Policy***
Guest who cancels more than 30 days prior to the scheduled arrival date will receive a full refund less a processing fee of 10% of their total deposit or a charge of $250.00, whichever is the lesser amount. No refunds will be issued to Guest who cancels within 30 days of the scheduled arrival date. No refunds will be issued for early departures or no shows. Date changes will not be permitted within 30 days of Guests stay.

To complete a booking, Guest is required to submit an online Guest Identity Verification form. A copy of a government issued photo ID and a detailed listing of the full names of all other occupants/guests staying in the unit must be submitted. Guests reservation will be cancelled and not refunded if this form is not completed at least 30 days prior to arrival.
