An adjacent den and a downstairs living area offer additional social space - curl up in front of the wood-burning fireplace on crisp coastal nights. The eclectic turquoise cabinetry in the kitchen is built to charm. Sharpen your cooking skills on the island stovetop or invoke your inner baker and whip up tasty treats.

Quiet getaway with sounds of surf
Some friends and I stayed several nights here. It was spacious, clean and very well stocked. The hot tub was a nice luxury and there is a path down to the beach but it’s not easy for some. My friend’s dog loved the fenced yard too. Our only issue we had was that this proPerry is actually managed by Vacasa and for some reason they changed our door code on our second day and did not communicate that and then tried to gaslight us when we called to ask for help when we’re locked out. We all double checked our email and texts but there was zero alerts! Not impressed with Vacasa.

Girls weekend
Nice home, clean, seems to be set up to accommodate more than 4. We enjoyed the hot tub and upstairs. We would’ve enjoyed the fireplace if wood was available on property. The oven was a little weird but functional. Hot tub maybe could use a retractable awning to use in the rain, and maybe some better lighting. Beach access was awesome but not accessible for elderly or little kids. Plenty of towels, blankets, pots and pans and dishes. Overall, a great stay!!

The house was very comfortable and had everything we needed for our stay. We really liked the trail down to the beach, which had a wonderful view of the Yaquina lightouse. I would recommend that the owners add a light under the deck where the front gate is - it is very dark.

Amazing Place. Has it ALL!
We stayed 2 nights before taking our adult kids back to college. The house had everything we needed. 2 TV areas, games, plenty of space, a great yard for the dog. Kitchen was stocked and would be great for a week. We didn't cook because it was a short trip. I was worried from past reviews about the cleanliness as I am really picky. The place was immaculate. Very clean and comfortable. Sunsets from the deck are amazing. We all enjoyed the hot tub each night. The neighborhood is quiet and walkable. The beach is easily accessible by trail and private. We walked the beach in the mornings. Whales were often spotted on the horizon. The owners went out of their way to make this the perfect rental. We will be back!

My family and I stayed at this property for a portion of our vacation to Oregon. The house was very nice especially the living room, the kitchen was well stocked with items to cook, and there was a beautiful view of the ocean from the front balcony. Some things were a little out of date or broken but nothing that deterred our stay (kitchen cabinets, fridge, board games). There are no TVs in the bedrooms so if you are a TV watcher to fall asleep you may want to make sure to make other arrangements (my husband and I used our laptop to watch Hulu at night). Overall, we would recommend this rental there are a lot of things to do and see within driving distance and the house itself was comfortable and accommodating.

We really enjoyed this property. We met up with some friends and had such a great time hanging out, watching the waves, walking to the beach and just feeling the ocean breezes through the house. We would recommend this place and would return again!

Beautiful Views
We enjoyed our stay in Newport very much. The property was clean and I liked the privacy of being tucked back in the neighborhood. The deck had amazing views of the ocean and we saw whales. The trailhead to the beach was just a few feet away. The kitchen had all the utensils to cook and bake. This was very convenient. The only complaint is the door is difficult to open. I could hear the lock engage after the code was put in. I think it was sticking and the door wouldn't always open. This was frustrating .

We really enjoyed the ocean view from the deck. It was beautiful! Beach access was close, but the trail down to the beach was a little hard to get down. The beach was worth the walk though! We would absolutely stay here again!

Great house, clean and bright
Wonderful stay. We enjoyed the views of the water and the big windows brought sunlight throughout the living area. Kitchen had everything we needed. We were able to make do just fine with the smaller second oven that worked great for muffins, sheet pan roasted veggies, etc. We were very happy there was a rice cooker and slow cooker, too. We enjoyed the beautiful walk down to the beach through the trees. Our elementary kids had no trouble with the hike, although it was a bit tricky for an older adult with knee troubles. We would stay again in a heartbeat.

Ocean Vista
This single family, 2 story home is situated on a bluff overlooking the ocean breakers. The main living area is on the 2nd floor with large windows and deck facing the sea. The view is fantastic and being on the 2nd floor provided a sense of privacy. There is a steep path a few yards from the door that leads down to a narrow stretch of beach and beautiful views of Yaquina Head. The house was very clean and roomy with a very well equipped kitchen. Updated bathrooms were clean, modern and comfortable. Wifi and internet were fast. The Agate Beach neighborhood is quiet and peaceful, just close enough to Newport to be convenient but out of the hubbub. We found the home to be "as advertised" with no surprises or disappointments in the property. However, we were disappointed that the final per night fee ended up being two and half times the amount advertised on the website. Still, we loved this home and would gladly go there again.

Very good house, fenced yard, short but slightly treacherous walk to a very quiet beach.
Good location with a half mile slightly steep and windy walk to the beach (fine with my preschoolers with some help but might be hard for some people). The house was quite clean and had everything we needed but the yard did not have the previous occupant’s dog poop cleaned up. However I will say when I notified the management company they were extremely prompt and sent someone over to handle it.
