First, I understand the person at the front desk is not responsible for room condition and maintenance. The receptionist was helpful. The first room I was given had an A/C unit that was not functioning. The overnight temperature was expected to be 38F. It also had stains on the popcorn ceiling that were not water stains. I was given another room and the A/C unit began pulsing loud and... less loud at 5:00 in the morning. All of the furniture in my room had unsettling types of stains. The floor was sticky. The building is old. The rooms are outdated. The building is poorly maintained. Loud music was coming from the lobby late at night. This hotel a terrible value for the money. I do not recommend this hotel! There are better options in the surrounding area. I hope this review was helpful.
