This contemporary property, complete with underfloor heating, is perfect in all seasons to enjoy the ever-changing scenery. From the balcony, enjoy the magnificent views across to Lusty Glaze along with the most breath-taking sunsets.

The light and airy open-plan living accommodation is complemented with high specification appliances throughout. The kitchen is designed with modern units and Bosch appliances including an oven and hob, microwave, dishwasher and fridge/freezer. A separate utility area houses the washer/dryer.

The comfortable sitting room is equipped with a 43-inch flatscreen television and Bayan Audio SoundScene Bluetooth speaker system, as well as a table with seating for six. The balcony is the perfect spot to soak in the beautiful views and enjoy some al fresco dining.

The master bedroom has its own access to the balcony along with a lovely en-suite shower room. Bedroom two is made up of two twin single beds and is serviced by the family bathroom with a shower over bath, wash basin and WC.

Guests of Harbour Lights can easily access the South West Coastal Path and the popular walk from Porth up to Watergate Bay. The property has a useful, lockable outside surf store and shower with body boards and beach equipment which you are welcome to use during your stay.
