location!

Location were perfect, walking distance to the beach. our first room the AC was dripping down the wall onto the bed after we complained the changed the bed and pulled it away from the wall but the dripping noise continued so we made another complaint and they finally moved us. our 2nd room was ok but we booked the room for 3 people and they gave my friend a camp bed which wasnt really comfortable. We had breakfast 1 morning - it was average. Staff werent as welcoming as other hotels in VN, however there was one man with a beard who was nice. upon check out we were told to pay for the extra 'bed' even though we had booked the room for 3 people.

The receptionist was so helpful. She made sure I got on safely with my shuttle service and she even talked to the van driver for me. Thank you for going an extra mile for me when you don’t have to. :)

Amazing stay!

The hotel is located at a central location, walking distance to anything you may need - restaurants, convenience stores, and the beach. The room was in perfect condition, exceptionally clean(!!!), and had all the amenities we needed! The bed is also very comfortable. The breakfast selection is very big and the view from the restaurant is amazing! Would stay again and highly recommend!!!

Great hotel!

One of the rooms wasn't ready for check-in but the manager offered us a free massage as a good will! Friendly staff, decent breakfast with a nice view, clean rooms (although I think there is an ant infestation in every room)

I believe the hotel was recently remodeled so it’s nice and clean. Great location. A few step to the Main Street to the beach. Close to everything. The room decor are really cute too. The service was good. They even give us each a free 30’ foot massage and if you are staying 3 nights, they also offer 1free ride to airport (limited time offer). The room was unique. The only problem we have is the standard room was really small, small bathroom as well. Feel like we were in Tokyo lol. We can barely make room for luggages. And no extra room wiggle around. Next time, we’ll definitely stay here again but will get a bigger room. Everything else was great.

The hotel is very new and location is great. It takes about 2 minutes walking to the beach. Breakfast is good, lots of option and we do like the food at restaurant that we try few local set menu. Highly recommend this hotel

Bra hotell för det priset

Ett bra hotell för det priset. vårt rum var mycket bra, skön säng, rent och Iugnt på natten. Vi hade bra service, det vi bad om fixade personalen. Frukosten helt okej. Ligger nära stranden, ca 100 m. Xala ligger inte mitt i smeten utan precis utanför, ca 250 m att gå för att hamna mitt i. Vi skulle absolut boka detta hotell om vi återvänder till Nha Trang.

Stayed at the sea view room, the room is spacious and well decorated. Very close to the city centre, and just a few minutes walk to beach. Will stay in Xala Botique Hotel when i come to Nha Trang next time!

Veldig bra, rent og pent!

Dette hotellet var veldig flott! Virker å være helt nytt! Vi hadde rom i 7.etg og utsikt mot havet. Hotellets ansatte var veldig hyggelige og hjelpsomme. Rommet var rent og pent, godt utstyrt med alt en trenger. Forsåvidt sentralt, selv om Nha Trang er stort. Vi var her i tre netter før vi reiste videre. Frokosten var ok! Fikk fantastisk fotmassasje på hotellets spa inkludert i prisen! Kommer gjerne tilbake hit! Eneste vi savnet var en balkong, men tror ikke dette hotellet har rom med balkong...
