My room washroom smelled like urine very strong. Someone came to sprayed something but after five minutes, the smelling came back. afterward, I had to call again because the sink was clugged. Someone came to fix it but nothing changed despite he said he did it. So I asked them to change my room and they did it quickly. However, as soon my family and I got into the new room, I had to call again because the toliett was also clugged, eventhough we had not used it yet. Also, the breakfast is not good. there is not protein at all. They only have bread, bread, bread, bagels, cereal, cream cheese and yam. not even peanut butter. So, make sure you bring som boiled eggs, or get some Tim eggs bites for your breakfast. The second day I had to call because there were not towells available at the pool area. I have been in this place with my family before and the reason why we decided to come back is because we had good experiences before, but not anymore. so we are not going back in the future. They need better management and more housekeeping and maintenance supervision.

Staff was so nice and offered recommendations for restaurants and other fun things to do. Location was perfect, within walking distance of Clifton Hills and the falls. Will definitely be staying here again.

AC/Heater was very noisy. We couldn’t sleep while it’s on so we had to turn it off. 14$ for a parking is not bad considering the location. Would not come back again.
