Amazing stay here for a 2 night stay with my sisters! Shuttle for parking was quick and easy, breakfast was good my falls view was ok but the hotel was very clean, staff was great and a lot of food options. Loved the Starbucks downstairs and the 5 min walk from the casino.

We enjoyed one night with falls view suit.The room was nice & clean. However, there was no slippers and toothbrush kit in the room and when we asked the receptionist wasn’t polite and told us we have to pay if we want. It was good that breakfast was included in the package but wasn’t the best. Overall it was ok.

It was extremely busy at check-in but managed very well! All staff everywhere were gracious and kind. Room was good , a little dated for the price.Air conditioner was loud. Only real negative was breakfast,just due to the amount of people to serve the food was not fresh, no flavor BUT the lady cleaning the tables and the area was absolutely kind and hard working!!!!
