It’s my first time to check in with Ramada hotel with no complimentary shampoo and no fridge. You have to pay extra $10 for them to put a fridge in the room. Also parking is not free, you have to pay another extra $23.

The rate was cheap. But I filtered with parking included but I had to pay for parking. Worst thing was there was no microwave oven, no mini fridge. Very disappointed with Wyndham.

New Years over Niagara Falls

The stay was overall pretty good. A little disappointed on how old the tv's were as there isn't even an HDMI port for my friends and I to hook up a laptop or phone to the tv. The pool was nice but the arcade was out of tokens and I was told that the machines won't get refilled until well after our trip. The staff were great and friendly. Not a fan of the fact that they have a parking lot but we have to pay for parking. I got a city view room but there wasn't much of a view as there was another hotel right across the street obstructing the view. Over all decent but not sure I'd go with a hotel option next time.

I am only addressing the Franchised owner nit the workers question to the owner : You have done a great job to operate this place as "cheap"as possiblle.One very minor example is "the hanger" for hair dryer. It is absolutely unsafe as it is meant for hydro outlets not hairdryers !!!

Really disappointed with our stay. Building is very old and not updated Pool not accessible, and water was tap cold Arcade old abd most games did not work Mold around bath tub Phone in bedroom did not work Ordered a cot, plastic matress and no pillow Cot was very sketchy and not clean This is just the beginning of a long list Only good thing about hotel is the staff are very kind Did raise concerns with manager this morning and had our parking and cot rental fees given back. Would not recommend staying here
