This hotel was a good location and in walking distance of the falls. It was overall clean. The only thing that was a bit inconvenient was their was no outlets not being used and there was no microwave.

Wasn’t happy about parking costs, considering we booked 3 nights the parking should be included. Just a quick way for the hotel to make more money off your stay

The location and cleanliness is great and cannot complain (although the carpets were rather dirty my sons feet were black after walking around the room). If that’s all that you are looking for then would recommend the stay. The reason for only giving three stars is the state of the room and building as well as the checkin process. Maintenance really needs to step up their game, the geyser needs to be replaced as most mornings we had a cold shower and checkin needs to be streamlined. However, as our biggest concern was cleanliness and location we will probably stay there again.

My boyfriend & I stayed for New Years, 4 days, 3 nights, room was a good size, hot tub was amazing, came with a bar fridge & coffee maker, king bed, which was very comfy for my liking. Front Desk Personnel were polite and we were even able to check in a little early upon arrival. I recommend and I would definitely stay there again.

I used to love staying here when it was the Days Inn Clifton Hill. It was a fairly upscale for a Days Inn at the time. However, on a recent stay, things have definitely gone down hill under the Falls Hotel and Inn ownership/management. The hallways and doors looked run down, and the rooms are definitely not as well maintained as they were when they were a Days Inn. I stayed in a double bed suite and the "livingroom" part looked neglected with a run-down hide-a-bed loveseat (I used to be able to unfold it and actually use it as another bed when it was a Days Inn, but this one was largely non-fuctional as a bed and looked pretty gross). In past stays in similar rooms, there was a TV in both the "bedroom" part and the "livingroom" part -- this time, there was nothing in the latter, just a table where a TV would have sat on top of. Anyway, the location still rocks as it's close enough to Clifton Hill to be able to walk to everything at any time, and it's not on a busy part of the area where you have to wait forever for pedestrians to let you turn onto the hotel property. Would I stay here again? Maybe if it was dirt cheap and there weren't any other viable options in the area.

the experience was terrible. they charge $20 per night for parking and parking lot was full with ice and snow. They never shawled. and was very risky to walk. house keeping was okay but reception service was very terrible. They gave ONLY once answer to all " I don't know" and " Talk to manager in the morning." Highly unrecommended. Worst hotel I ever seen.
