Beautiful five bedroom Grand Victorian home nestled on a hill with spectacular views of Niantic Bay and Long Island Sound. Located along the coast with water views, we have rights to a private beach directly across the street from the house. Enjoy an amazing sunrise every morning, 3 additional beaches within a 10 to 15 minute walk, a convenient food shack for breakfast/lunch within a 10 minute walk and house bicycles to get you wherever you want to go faster. The Southeastern Connecticut area lends itself to excellent attractions such as Mohegan Sun Casino, Foxwoods Casino, Mystic Seaport and Aquarium, golf courses, shopping outlets (Clinton Crossings and Tanger), boating rentals/water tours, fishing, restaurants, night life, New England scenic fall foliage and a short ride to the New London ferry.

Our home offers guests the opportunity to enjoy family reunions, college reunions, USCGA family visits, college graduations and anytime getaways with family and friends.

The house is fully and tastefully furnished, as well as immaculately maintained. All beds separate to accommodate groups. There are even 2 cots available on premises.

There is abundant off street parking for 8+ cars in the driveway.

A perfect place for our birthday celebration with family and friends. Accommodations are outstanding with plenty of spaces inside and out to relax and converse. Beach walks didn’t disappoint. Great communication with owners, and they even arranged for spectacular weather for our fall celebration. You will love this place!

Wonderful Repeat Stay
This was our second summer renting this house and we had another great stay! So much space for everyone to spread out. We love the enclosed front porch and the patio with lovely cushioned furniture. The landscaping and hydrangeas are beautiful. The kitchen has more cookware and serving ware than I’ve ever seen at a rental property. Would highly recommend this wonderful Victorian house in Niantic!

Perfect Home for a Large Family/Group
We loved the location. Walking distance to a quiet section of Crescent Beach. The house is exactly as depicted in the pictures. There are plenty of places to spread out, relax and play. Our family said this is one of best vacation homes so far. We may return in the future, they loved it that much! The hosts were extremely responsive and helpful. The home was well stocked with beach toys, chairs, beach chairs. wagons etc. We appreciated the use of their bikes for riding around the neighborhood. We were close to stores and recreation activities. (10-25 minutes)

Our stay was for a “girls college reunion weekend”. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The location is perfect close to beach, restaurants, and other CT shoreline attractions. The house is so roomy and comfortable. It allowed us to spread out and enabled some to do crafts, some puzzles, some talking, and cooking without being on top of each other. Plenty of parking. Quiet neighborhood. The hosts were so accommodating and responsive to all of our questions both pre-booking and during our stay. We would definitely stay again! Thank you Ken and Laura for sharing your beautiful home and property with us!

Right from the very beginning this whole process of booking and relaxing at the Victorian Beach House was a pleasure. The home was more than adequate for our family with plenty of space to have quiet time as well as spacious gatherings. Wonderful location with easy access to the beach. We’d all love to return next year. Ken was the perfect host; always available to answer questions. Overall a perfectly delightful week.

Fabulous vacation
The house fit us to a tee! We had 13 family members from grandparents, their children and grandchildren. Plenty of room for all. Location was ideal with one beach directly across the road and two others within a short walk. So wonderful to be able to have the whole family together in such a great place.

The house was just beautiful & well equipped with everything you need. We really appreciated that. The location was perfect for our family with the beach right across the street. The owners were quick to respond to any inquiries/concerns we had. With 8 adults & 2 children, we had ample room to spread out. We enjoyed the view from the front patio each morning & evening. The sunroom was a favorite too! The information book the owners put together was especially helpful. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay - as always, vacation is never long enough!

Beautiful Niantic Victorian Beach House
We had a wonderful stay at the Grand Victorian house at Crescent Beach. We were two families of four each, plus our elderly mother. The house feels even larger than it appears in the photos. There was so much room that no one ever felt like they didn’t have enough space. We had some extended family that was staying nearby in Niantic, who stopped by for a visit, and the front patio, the porch, and the large kitchen table were all great places to gather. The views from the front porch and patio are quite beautiful. We spent a great deal of time just sitting on the enclosed porch and chatting. Our teenagers found the beach directly across the street a bit small, but the larger part of Crescent beach is right up the road. They had a great time there and loved swimming out to the raft. Ken and Laura were very accommodating, and even had pie plates and muffin tins waiting at the house that were purchased after I inquired about them. At our request they also put some of the twin beds together to make king beds, that were so comfortable, you felt as if you were really in a king bed. The third floor loft was very spacious and comfortable and loved by the kids in our group. The check in and check out processes were very easy. Overall, we had a wonderful time and would love to return again someday.

Girls Weekend
What a perfect home for our annual Girls Weekend! Happy Hour on the front patio with water view was just lovely – what a bonus to have a beach literally across the street! Large dining room table as well as large kitchen island was perfect for us to enjoy the meals we had indoors. This home fit the bill perfectly with lots of sitting areas both indoors and outdoors. There were 10 of us and never have we rented a place that actually had 10 single beds – worked very well for us! Game room on the third floor was a fun option. The Niantic Boardwalk was close by with a few stores/restaurants in that area. The host was very responsive, easy to work with and took the time to call to see if we needed anything or had any questions. All-in-all a fabulous time was had by all and I highly recommend!

Crescent Beach Gem
Our group of 3 families with kids had an amazing stay at this beautiful house. The layout of the house was perfect for a large group. The kids loved the game room in the attic and the adults loved sitting on the patio and sunroom. The view of the water is amazing and the neighborhood couldn't be more charming. Having the beach across the street was so convenient and the house had everything we needed (beach chairs, umbrellas, floats, toys, etc). Would absolutely come back again!

Fantastic week
We were 10 senior ladies celebrating a Sorority reunion. The house was perfect. The owners were fantastic. Every need was quickly addressed. Great location near beaches and Niantic where there were several restaurants etc.

Staying at this property was a great vacation for our family. The 3rd floor rec room was definitely the most popular place to be in the house. The view from the patio made morning coffee an enjoyable beginning to the day.

Family Vacation
The house had lots of room for the 11 of us; 7 adults and 4 kids from 5 years old to 13 years old. The kids loved the 3rd-floor playroom. It was great having the beach right across the street and another beach within walking distance with a wharf that the kids swam to and jumped off. I loved the big kitchen table that we had meals at with the high chairs. The patio out front was great to sit on later in the afternoon when it was in the shade.
