Beautiful loft studio in Nice center, close to beach !

This little gem in the center of Nice is a loft studio of 25 m2. It is the perfect holiday compact living apartment and is located a stone's throw from the sea and its beaches. It is situated on a lively (especially in the summer) street with restaurants and with close proximity to most of Nice large selection of shops, cafés, and museums. It is located right near Place Masséna, the beautiful Promenade du Paillon, and Rue de France. The apartment is well planned with a small kitchen and sofa group with table on the lower level. The sofa is a sofa bed, which can be 140x200 cm with room for 2 people. Downstairs there is also the shower room and a separate toilet. Upstairs in the attic there is a double bed that is 140x200 cm.
From the pleasant balcony/terrace you have a wonderful view of the sea and the Promenade des Anglais. There is a dining area with table and chairs for 4 people on the terrace.
The apartment is suitable for 2 adults. But possible for 1-2 children (from 10 years or 3 adults maximum.
The studio i situated on the third floor and there is no elevator.
Air conditioning on lower level, available cold in summer (May-mid-October) and hot in winter (mid-October-April).

If I could give more stars I would!
We had a much-needed weekend break away and we found Malin’s place to be absolutely perfect in every way. You cannot beat the location for ease in getting around Nice. We did not need a car so I’m thankful we didn’t book one. Plenty of restaurants and things to do in walking distance but also had the ease of both bus and tram and train nearby to visit other places like Eze and Monaco. Malin was by far the best host I have encountered with helpful information and ease of reaching her both on arrival and leaving.

It was fantastic to stay in the beautiful loft studio. Right in the centre of Nice just 200m from Promenade Anglais - you can see the beach from the balcony. Malin and Jonas were amazing hosts providing welcome drinks and snacks and helping with the luggage both on arrival and departure. Highly recommend this studio for a couple wishing to experience Nice.

Amazing Stay - perfect location
We couldn’t be more happy with our stay. The location is perfect, in the middle of everything, great atmosphere and the balcony was our favourite place to have some drinks and play cards. The room itself isn’t huge but very comfortable and everything we needed. Host is lovely and very accomodating. She let us check out late which made our last day seamless. Would 100% recommend

Superbe Week-end à Nice
Nous sommes un groupe de 4 amis, nous étions à Nice pour un week-end de 4 jours. Malin est très agréable et a l’écoute. Échanges faciles par messages ou téléphone. Nous avons eu accès à l’appartement dès notre arrivée pour déposer nos bagages. L’appartement est idéalement situé, juste à côté de la plage et en plein cœur de Nice. Nous avons pu tout faire à pied : plage, vieux Nice, place Massena, etc… L’appartement est bien agencé et l’espace optimisé. Pour un court séjour, c’est parfait. Un lit en mezzanine + un canapé lit. Salle de bain et toilettes propres. Le petit plus : la terrasse au dernier étage (pas de vis-à-vis) avec vue sur la mer au bout de la rue. La terrasse est assez grande pour accueillir une table pour 4 personnes. Merci Malin !

Wonderful Apartment and Host....
My adult granddaughter & I stayed at this lovely apartment during a quick visit to Nice. The apt was perfect for us, nicely laid out, clean, comfortable, and had everything we needed. Lovely balcony that we spent some time on watching daily life in Nice go by below us. Few minutes walking time to restaurants, shops, old town, the promenade, beach & the train stop. Perfect location. Malin was a FANTASTIC host, she was very responsive during the booking process as well as prior to our arrival. She met us at the apartment for check-in and once in, showed us where everything was at, how to work the washer, a/c, etc. After check-out and once we arrived at the train station I realized I left my phone at the apt. We were able to use a phone from a train station security guard to contact her and she met me back at the apt to get my phone. She went above and beyond and was so very pleasant while doing so. We 100% would stay here again as well as recommend to others. Malin made our stay that much more enjoyable. Thank you Malin !!

Sommeil impossible
Le logement est très bien situé, l’hôte est accueillante, et l’appartement était propre. La proximité du parc est un plus pour ceux qui voyagent avec des chiens, car c’est pratique pour leurs besoins. Cependant, le sommeil est très compliqué, voire impossible. La literie est inconfortable avec des oreillers trop plats et des ressorts qui se font sentir dans le matelas. De plus, les autres habitants étaient très bruyants en rentrant le soir, et la porte du bas, qui nécessite un réglage, claquait énormément, ce qui n’a pas aidé. La rue est également très bruyante. De lundi à mercredi, le bruit des bars avec musique forte et cris est constant. Du jeudi au samedi, la boîte de nuit située en bas de l’appartement produit des bruits de basse et de musique extrêmement forts, à tel point qu’on a l’impression d’y être. Ces nuisances ont gâché tout le séjour, ce qui est dommage car tout le reste aurait été parfait.

Den lilla lägenheten för 2 personer som ligger ett stenkast ifrån gamla stan och ca 200 meter till stranden. Trevligt bemötande av Malin som också tipsade lite om Nice mm Många restauranger, butiker mm ligger precis runt hörnet. Vi hade ett par underbara dagar och kommer absolut att besöka Nice och också bo i Malins lägenhet igen …
