Tämä Nizzan kukkuloiden sydämessä, turvallisella alueella sijaitseva perinteinen kivihuvila tarjoaa poikkeuksellisen rauhan ja lepopaikan.

Yhdessä tasossa rakennettu, se koostuu iso olohuone, ruokailutila ja täysin varustettu moderni keittiö. Ja toisaalta kolme makuuhuonetta, kylpyhuone, suihkuhuone ja kaksi palveluhuonetta. Kaikki tärkeimmät huoneet ja makuuhuoneet ovat etelään, kaakkoon, uima-allas, puutarha ja upeat näkymät kukkuloille, Nizzan kaupunkiin ja merelle päin.

Kiinteistö sijaitsee vain muutaman minuutin päässä moottoritieltä ja raitiovaunuterminaalista, mikä helpottaa huomattavasti alueen matkaa ja vierailua kaupungissa.

Beautiful villa with amazing host
Excellent location with stunning views. Couldn't ask for more from the villa or Patrick. Above and beyond our expectations. The stay consistented of 4 adults and 2 children. The kitchen has enough room and all the necessities, as we cooked most evenings. Patrick is a fantastic host, who has equipped the house perfectly with everything required. It's fair to say we had some self inflicted issues, which Patrick resolved without question or stress. The pool is a great size and is located in the ideal position from the house, which has a couple of different spots to relax, either in the sun or shade. From all the villas our group has stayed in over the years, this is undoubtedly our favourite.

Hidden Gem
A stunning location, Gairaut is a quiet peaceful village and nestled into the hills is this beautiful property. A magnificent view across Nice and looking out into the bay, we couldn’t have asked for a better place to spend our holiday. The villa is well loved and cared for, we truly felt at home and everything you could need is catered for. Patrick was an exemplary host, finding the perfect balance of being helpful and attentive. An efficient check in process from before we left home. Patrick communicated everything from directions, to local eateries and shops so we had some local knowledge before arrival and even helped us with our meal reservation on our first night so we didn’t go hungry! The villa was spotlessly clean and the grounds and pool perfect size. We really didn’t want to leave!

Villa agréable, authentique avec magnifique vue
Charmante demeure dans un bel écrin de verdure avec magnifique vue sur Nice et la mer dans un clos privé. Très belle piscine et aménagement extérieur, toutes les commodités, propriétaire accessible et accueillant. La villa est bien située par rapport au centre et à l’autoroute A8, commerces accessibles en voiture en 15 minutes et boulangerie à 5 min. Possibilité d’aller au centre via le tram avec parking gratuit à 5 min de la villa. Pour les sportifs, très beaux parcours pour vélos de route et VTT, col de Mont Chauve à 2,4 km de la villa. Parcours course à pieds également avec parcours plat de 2km le long du canal de la Visubie à 800 m de la villa, parfait pour footing matinal … excellent restaurant l’Autobus à 1 km de la villa, je le recommande mais il faut réserver … en résumé beau séjours dans un très belle endroit.

Charming Villa, excellent Location, an obliging & hospitable Host
The Villa is secluded with an attractive outlook and good accommodation. The gardens, pool and BBQ make for excellent outdoor living. The local bar / restaurant is well worth visiting as is the boulangerie, both of which are are in the centre of the small village about 2Km away. Regrettably there is not a footpath for most of the route and it is a windy road, so not the best for walking along. The tram is only about another 2Km further along which takes you directly to the centre of Nice. The host Patrick speaks perfect English and always makes himself available to provide advice and guidance whenever requested. A charming location on the Cote d'Azur.

Urlaub über den Dächern von Nizza
Die Villa befindet sich in Hanglage mit tollem Blick auf das Meer und die Stadt Nizza. Das Haus ist hell gestaltet und sehr gut ausgestattet. Der sehr große Pool mit Meerblick bildet das Highlight. Besonders genossen haben wir die Ruhe und die Privatsphäre. Auch unser Hund war willkommen. Der Vermieter war sehr freundlich, jederzeit zu erreichen und sehr engagiert um unseren Aufenthalt zu perfektionieren. Zusammenfassend kann man sagen, dass es ein sehr gelungener Aufenthalt in einer tollen Villa war. Wir würden jederzeit wieder kommen.

Summer holiday in Gairaut
The villa has stunning views over Nice and the surrounding countryside with a secure and safe garden for dogs. The garden, pool and outside terrace was where we spent most of our days and was perfectly suited to our needs for sunbathing, swimming, reading on the deck, doing yoga and of course eating and drinking. Dogs can be walked from the villa to the main gate by the road but there are no pavements on the main road that allow dogs to be walked safely, so they'll need to be driven elsewhere for further exercise. Supermarkets are a 10 minute drive away and there are delightful local restaurants only 5 minutes drive from the villa. Nice town centre is 20-30 minutes drive away. Patrick was a generous and engaging host who was always available to assist with any queries we had. Definitely recommended for those wanting to enjoy a peaceful holiday away from the hustle and bustle of Nice.

Fantastic!
We had a wonderful time at the villa. Patrick welcomed us warmly and provided us with information about the villa and the area. The house had a fantastic location with incredible views of Nice and offered an amazing pool with many sitting areas where we could relax both in the sun and in the shade. The villa was very close to a supermarket and bakery, as well as a tram station that made it easy to explore Nice. We loved every moment of our stay and couldn't have asked for a more perfect holiday destination!

A beautiful property and house with great views of Nice below. We had two other couples stay with us, making six in total. We had plans to eat out several nights but the well equipped kitchen and the outdoor dining spaces kept us on the property the entire time. Why leave perfection? Fabulous time was had by all. Little heaven
The villa looks just like the pictures! The pool and garden area is the most picturesque place to spend your whole day and have the best view over Nice. Patrick was super helpful even before check-in and after check-out. We felt very welcome and didn’t miss anything during our stay. For rainy days, he even has TV Channels from all over Europe. There’s three bedrooms and two bathrooms, so enough room for at least 6 people. The kitchen und supplies are very modern - you’ll find everything you need. Also a big 4-burner-BBQ which we used almost every day. The villa is located in a small gated street, up in the hills north of Nice. You definitely need a car, as the bus isn’t very reliable and the nearest shops are around 3 km away. There’s a P+R Tramway Station 5 mins away by car and the tram takes you to the city centre and beach within 15 mins. We can definitely recommend Patrick‘s villa and would come back in a heartbeat. Thank you for having us!

Seclusion and Nice all together
Wonderful house and property with superb views of Nice. Lovely deck area and pool. Excellent LP record collection and well equipped kitchen/BBQ etc. Parking is great and drivers should be "confident on winding Chemins". Patrick recommended parking at the tram lot and using public transport on Tram 1 to access main parts of town train station etc. (Easy access to all of Cote's D'Azure)...This worked great. Thanks again for use of your house.
